Before making confirm reservation I asked what was for 13 and 15 year boys to do I asked was the was going to be open, even looking at New Bern koa it said it was open, it close, they could have emai or text ahead of time , some of the pieces to checkers was missing, the rep clerk said at check in there's a bouncer for them to jump they wasn't able to do because of the smaller kids Around the clo

It was our first time out in our new Class C and the staff was so helpful in answering our questions. Our visit was perfect. We will continue to use them!

This was our first time, shakedown trip, with a camper trailer so we choose to stay close to home. This is also our first ever experience with KOA. The reservation process and ensuing text updates were great. Excellent communications. The campground itself was fabulous. We are planning on returning with our grandkids for a wonderful time.

Loved the campground. Next time I would choose a back in site. The Pull Thru that we were in was a little too close for us. Overall, we loved the campground and an overnight. Won’t hesitate to come back.

Came in @ 6 PM without a reservation. The office person was wonderful in getting us a spot for the night. Needed an adapter to access power box, staff helped out immediately.Sites and bathrooms clean.

We have spent the last 4 winters in New Bern at the KOA. The campground is amazing, riverfront, beautifully maintained. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Our "home away from home ". Absolutely can't wait to come back!!!

4 stars because the pool was being worked on The staff were excellent polite and helpful Place is extremely clean noce size lots I would recommend a pay auto vacuum on site

We stayed in one of your Patio sites, which had a nice view of the river and conveniently located near the pier where we had the pleasure of seeing a sunset. Just one suggestion and that would be to keep the campstore open a little later. Campground was close to downtown New Bern which we explored and not to far from Morehead City and Beaufort. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The marsh clean out has given the campground a new look! We are excited to try out the new pool when it's finished too. As always, they have the friendliest and most helpful staff of anywhere we camp. Thanks again for another fun stay!

Shout out to the staff…Chino was a great help when we first arrived. We’ve stayed twice and will return. 2 issues.. One with kids roaming with no supervision. They have no respect for cars. Also there should be a reminder about quite hours. I had to walk over to remind the neighbor.

Very clean. Staff was constantly checking trash cans and bathrooms which was very impressive. Lots of Easter events for the children. We don’t have any that travel with us but the campground kiddos seemed to be having a blast. We have never had a bad experience at this KOA.

The people are friendly and try to please. The first night we arrived a sewage smell was coming from water in the driveway coming up through our camper bedroom which made it hard to sleep. He applied lime to the area. The second day we told management about it he wanted us to move the camper back 15 feet to resolve it from smell coming through camper. It did help. Never apologized for inconvenienc

Great accommodations, friendly staff but I need to be more aggressive when booking a site we do not have children so being put next to the playground was pretty noisy for older people especially when there were lots of other sites available. I always assumed when the KOA staff asked you if you have children it’s because of site placement.

I’ve been camping at KOA for several years. This is probably the cleanest one that I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms are all well maintain the staff is friendly an awesome place. Thank you.

This is a super campground. It is so clean and quiet. Great playground for the kids. Bath houses are spotless. The laundry room is spotless bright and cheery. Every employee is great.

We always have a great time at the New Bern KOA. The staff is always kind and the park is always clean. We love the playground sites. Our kids are always making new friends and great memories.

It was a great week. The campground was clean and well organized. The gravel site was very level. It got a little flooded with the heavy rain, we ended up being parked in a small pool, but it was a lot of rain over a short time. I wish the campfire had been toward the back of the site- we didn’t make a campfire while there because it was too close to the door. Very friendly and helpful staf

Staff was lovely. Location was beautiful. Right on the Neuse River. New pool under construction. Nearly complete. Level sites. Worth visiting and the town was awesome. Lots to do. Wonderful restaurants and historic places to visit.

Very polite folks at the office for check in. The escort who led me to my campsite was helpful for positioning my travel trailer on the parking spot at my campsite. Nice camp site, very enjoyable stay, albeit short (one night). Next time will stay longer.

This is definitely one of the nicest Rv parks I have stayed in. There are people staying in and working in the park all day that are some of the most helpful folks I have seen. This is a great place. I'm so glad I found it. I highly recommend it!
