The place is clean and quiet. Very good service, smiling employees. The only problem is concerning mosquitos. I dont know if it is always like this or maybe the period of the year but the use of insect repellent is a must.

We had a very enjoyable stay this past weekend. The facility was clean and well maintained. But what left the biggest impression upon us was the staff. We are new RV owners. Laura and Jessica, at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful fielding our questions. Also, Eddie, from the maintenance staff, was helpful as well. We truly appreciated his help. Five stars to them! We will be back!

The sewer stations are way too high for an easy and clean disposal of waist. Not only are the resepticals high but the ground of their location is also high making the job more difficult. Otherwise the campground and people very nice.

The staff and the campground was wonderful beautiful well built, Plenty of space updated stuff...... But the noseeums were absolutely horrible! I would give it a twelve if you could go when there were no bugs!

Pretty quiet and clean but our slide out was over neighbors patio area. We also had a rodent get into our RV and get into dog treats that were on a shelf. Staff was great and very thoughtful. No see ums are a nuisance here

Very friendly and they did a great job recovering from the hurricane . But my husband got about a hundred bug bites . Couldn’t go outside day or night.

Excellent facilities. Some tight pull-thru's (width wise). Only complaint was annoying noseeiums, since campground could not spray for them due to location near nature preserve.

Staff was excellent and facilities was well mainted and in excellent condition. What really set this apart was the staff though. They were very informative and extremely accommodating. We were playing at the US OPEN Pickleball Tournament. The staff was telling us that courts could be in the future that would put this location over the top. We will be back next year and will Bering 3 other familie.

Enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really loved the pool area. All of the surrounding area attractions were great.

Very nice, well organized, clean campground. Noseeums can be bad. Pool area was great. As on the expensive side this would be great for overnite or two days. We stayed a week in April

Rude check in. Chewed me out for not stopping at the first stop sign for check in, when I had another Rv right behind me, so I moved to the second stop sign to allow him in. She didn’t like that one but, and it made no difference at all. The sight was nice and level, but absolutely no shade, so on an 80+ degree day, a/c ran all day to keep the coach cool. Way too expensive for what you get

The bugs were so bad I didn’t want to go outside. I ended up still with hundreds of bites due to short trips to the very small dog park and the 15 minutes it took to dump my tanks. The sites are very nice but packed very close. I will not be returning there despite they have nice facilities.

Love the place, the staff is always willing to help. Maybe my only observation (because it doesn't go all the way to complaint) is that the A/C in the bathrooms (at least in the men's bathroom) could be a little colder. I remember it being a little cooler before, but I might be wrong. Nevertheless in other KOA's I've stayed the AC is cooler in the restrooms. Aside from that everything perfect.

It's a nice location. Close to many things. I enjoyed using the boat launch for my kayak. The only fish I caught were catfish and gafftopsail catfish but it was fun. The bathhouse were clean. The trash pickup was very timely. The laundry equipment worked well, and the dryers were 25 cents per 8 minutes rather than having to pay for 6p minutes regardless.

Good: very clean, spacious sites. Meh: service Bad: bugs and poisonous toads. Dont bring a pet unless you don’t walk them anywhere but on the concrete. Had a pool and hot tub but the amount of chlorine will peel off your skin.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Laura with all the help from reservations to local shopping & attractions. Always felt safe and Neighbors were pleasant & welcoming.

A beautiful park and had a well maintained site with nice swimming pool and facilities. Staff super friendly. However even though they told us about the No See Ums we didn’t realize they could be that bad. Had to stay at pool or offsite as unable to have a fire in the evening. Literally I have over 250-300 bites and I used bug repellent.

I go to a Veterans fund raiser motorcycle run in Naples every year . Only place I stay is Naples KOA. After the hurricane I called several times to book a site and was happy I got one . Immediately called a friend that also goes to the bike run to have him call . We both booked a site and offered our assistance in cleanup if needed . We have date for next year's run and will be booking sites

the Naples/Marco Island KOA was very well kept, and the pool area was very clean. You can see the folks at the KOA take pride of their campground. The employees at the campground were very friendly and courteous. Loved being able to park in the seasonal section and meet all the friendly folks. Made a lot of new friends during our stay. The only issue we had was dealing with the NO SEE UMS.

Sites were extremely close to each other. So much so that my awning almost hit the rv next to our spot. I understand the need to maximize the usage of the land but this was a bit much. Office personnel were very nice and friendly and having someone take you to your spot was a nice plus.

Great staff, very crowded with camper too close which is typical of many older KOAs but all very nice neighbors. Mosquitoes and nats come out at night so you can’t spend 30 seconds without getting bit, but it is projected right into the swamp. Office reports gators, snakes, bears, panthers, and raccoons many nights.

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
