Need something to do?
Here at the Myrtle Beach KOA, our recreation team has discovered the cure for seasonal blues - keep busy with planned activities! It's actually part of our job to create a fun experience for our campers-a task we don't take lightly. Whether you're peeling out on banana bikes, burn off some energy on the Big Bouncer or unwinding in our pool, boredom is not an option.Download the details
Our new Splash Pad will feature overhead buckets dumping gallons of water, a rainbow tunnel of spray, a group of gurgling fountains and more. You'll find a variety of fun ways to cool off without any standing water on the ground! This innovative water play land is safe for swimmers and non-swimmers alike.
Bring a piece of your trip home with you: make a t-shirt during craft hour. Your tie-dyed t-shirt will be a wearable memento from your vacation. With a demonstration and all supplies provided, this retro activity satisfies campers of all ages. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to tie dye!
When the sun goes down, campfire time begins. Campfire time promises all the classics: toasting marshmallows, eating s'mores and sing-a-longs. Also join us for interactive live entertainment at the Campfire Theatre. From talent shows to slapstick to game show re-creations, this weekly event relies on camper participation.
Experience all the challenge of a complete climbing wall on a fraction of the space! Since our climbing wall allows for angle rotation, the same wall offers scores of different climbing adventures. What's best about our wall, climbers are never more than a few feet off the ground, guaranteeing a safest climbing adventure.

Meet Your Hosts
"Check us out on TripAdvisor and see why we're rated #1 in Myrtle Beach!"Jeremiah Drew is a hands-on campground manager. Hes been known to take campground guests out golfing to get to know them better, hosts snowbird golf group, and enjoys sinking karaoke with campers!
I want people to leave here and tell all of their friends and family how great their stay was, says Jeremiah. I want them to feel like they are a part of something special while they are on vacation.
During one of the campgrounds karaoke evenings, Jeremiah recalls a particularly shy guest. I joined her on stage and sang a duet with her. She smiled the whole time, and when it was time for her to leave, she told her mom that she wanted to come back here every year.
Jeremiah worked as a recreation assistant for the city of Myrtle Beach, planning and implementing new activities for after school programs, while also assisting in sports tournaments. He then was hired as the activities director for Myrtle Beach KOA.
My passion for the company grew with each passing day, Jeremiah says. The campground life became more than jobit became a lifestyle that I wanted to pursue as a career. Jeremiah gradually started becoming more hands-on with campground operations, and he took on the role of General Manager in early 2014.
Nothing makes me prouder then when a guest seeks me out to tell me how great their stay was and how clean and beautiful the campground is, Jeremiah says. Our campground is a hidden gem here at the beach. My staff works so hard daily to give our guests the makings of great memories.
When hes not running the campground, Jeremiah enjoys running, reading, basketball, music, and golf.
