The power went out for about 1/2 of the park with no chance of repair. We were lucky, we still had power but many people just left because without air conditioning you can't take the heat. YOU NEED PAVEMENT! And if you don't have pavement then PUT GRAVEL DOWN! And without pavement you need to WATER THE ROADS TWICE A DAY! The dust was terrible. The bathroom was dirty but you were short staffed.

The girl at the front office seemed overwhelmed. She was very unfriendly. The day was extremely hot. My kids couldn't go swimming because there eas no room. We had full hook ups up the power kept going out. There was a fire at one of the sites so fire trucks and cops were investigating most of the night. Our stay was very disappointing.

The community was filled with nice people. My grandchildren loved the pool. This is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Thank you for making our 1st RV trip fantastic!

The staff, especially at the front desk, was very nice. We had problems with our electric hookup from the minute we arrived, unfortunately on a very hot day. After an hour and several requests, we were finally moved to another spot and it worked fine. The campground is very dusty, nothing paved. Fine for an overnight.

Met all of our expectations. Thank you.

Very dusty, very tired KOA We we’re given one of the worst sites ( no shade trees )

Check in was easy, worker very friendly, the spot very narrow but level way to much dirt. I don’t think we would stay again!

Sites are nice and the staff is friendly. Some of the infrastructure needs to be updated for safety and functionality. Very busy laundry room and only 2 washers and dryers. Seems like many PCT hikers stay there and they of course are doing laundry, so it gets busy. We also saw an electrical fire in the pedestal at the site across from us. That’s where some updating of the facilities is needed.

Very little gravel-a lot of dust. Drove in with a clean motor home and tow vehicle and left with both filthy from the dust.

Power issues from jump. Had to move to a different site to get power and then half of the campground list all power and all we got from the young girl at the front desk was “Sorry”. It was 85 degrees in our trailer. Could not wait to leave.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The site we stayed in had a patio, chairs, and a fire pit and lots of shade. We love this rv park.

Absolutely beautiful scenery. Hard to compete with Mt. Shasta. Very disappointing to arrive and find the pool green and non-usable. The children enjoyed the playground. Easy to find our site and hook up.

1 ? why would you set up a single guess. next to the playground. when the guess 2 spots down had kids. and stayed only 1 night. and came in later than I did. otherwise it was fine.

It was convenient but hot and without shade. The spaces were very close together and was hard to get our slides out and a place to put the door steps down. The cabins looked nice and there were sites that had shade.

Stayed at the KOA because it was close to our wedding venue and it had a pool. We stayed for 5 days, we were very disappointed that the pool was shut down and sad that our Grandson's bike was stolen. I do understand KOA was not responsible for the bike. Otherwise, everything else worked.

Beautiful campground. Friendly staff. Store well stocked with good assortment. Excellent showers. Only minus is that WiFi was sketchy (not really critical)

Lovely campground with tall shade trees and nice sized spaces. Friendly check in and clean surroundings. Although there were trains they were far enough away so weren’t a problem. Good signage as we approached our destination.

Check in was great. The campground was nice and quiet. Compared to other KOAs it was very plain. Surprised there was no cement pads for trailers or RVs. We do a lot of dry camping and we like to pay the extra $ at a KOA in order to regroup. This was our 8th of 8 nights up to WA and back to CA. Great location.

We use it as a stop over after visiting family but I will stay longer next time. Enjoyable. Fresh air. A peek at Mt. Shasta. This visit, they had cleaned up, added bark, prepared all the kids playground equipment and the RV campsites for summer visitors. Very nice place and management.

Decent sites, good size to them. Only issue is the bathrooms. One bathroom for over 80 sites? It was a never-ending line to use one of the 3 toilets or one of the 3 showers. Another bathroom is a must for this campground!

The site was level, which is really nice. The swimming pool needed cleaning.

Campground was clean and store well stocked. All of the sights were pretty unlevel but with our equipment we were able to get the trailer level. Bring a rug because it is dirt and rocks. The campground was pretty crowded and the restrooms overused but staff tried to keep them well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location near the cute little town.

We pulled in late and there was a spot waiting for us. It is a neat campground in the fact that you actually feel like you are camping among the pine trees in the forest! However, there is no security gate and my husband noticed that there was an unsheltered person using the showers in the bathroom around midnight. Adding a gate might help with that situation.

It’s our third stay at this KOA and we always have a good time. The camp is well taken care of and always clean, and the people who work there are always friendly, the only bad part is the Wi-Fi but that is a problem at every RV park.

electrical to our site was causing issues with our EMS unit and only by running direct to the power would our AC work. Also, the sewer was not clear all the time and it took a while to discharge our grey and black tanks. The KOA location is ideal for visiting MS. The pool was not very clean during our stay. The water was pretty cloudy as it was super busy.

Our second stay. Staff great. Grounds not as good as most KOA we have stayed. Lots of dirt here. Dog park ok. Some water in there would be nicer - for the dogs to drink. We would stay again if traveling thru, but not at same level as other KOA Holiday we have stayed.

The front desk was great! They allowed us to check in at 12 due to some logistics of picking our son up in Sacramento. I just want to say it looks and feels like you are barely hanging on. You aren't putting any money into upkeep. You are in need of gravel and there were a few down w/d and you didn't have many to start with. I don't get that feeling from most koa's we stay.

Incredibly helpful staff. I left my AirPods in this KOA and I spoke with the staff (Hannah) and they went out to the site and retrieved my AirPods. They could have just easily not cared and moved on with their day. I was skeptical that I can find my Airpods back. BUT, they cared and they went out and found it. The room was clean. The location was great for accessing Mt. Shasta. I stayed in Cabin #1 and it had a FULL VIEW of snowly Mr. Shasta's facade. Only this spot (Cabin #1) has a view like this. Again, THANK YOU KOA Mt. Shasta
