Jason and Amanda Baker spent the past 20 years working in the corporate world- Jason as a Production Manager for an industrial turbine engine company and Amanda as a Property Manager for commercial properties in Dallas, Texas. The demanding careers didn't allow the time we wanted to spend with our 2 young children so we made the decision to leave the corporate world. We wanted to own our own business- not just any business, but a business we were passionate about. We started by listing the things we enjoyed to do. . .  camping, anything to do with the outdoors, serving others, etc, then it hit us. The business had to be a campground. Understanding KOA is the gold standard for campgrounds, we made our dreams a reality with the Mt Pleasant, Texas KOA campground.
