Our activities take place every Saturday, from Memorial Day Weekend to mid-September. Hot dog cookout, tie-dye, wagon ride and ice cream social are on the schedule. The campground also offers bike and boat rental, fishing, and a 1-1/2 mile nature trail. We will be adding Fishing Tournaments to our growing list of activities as well as a fishing boat to our rental fleet!
30 Acre Fishing Lake
Catch a big bass in our private 30 acre fishing lake, or sit back and just enjoy the view! Keep the trophy, throw the little guys back!
1.5 Mile Walking Trail
On our walking trail you will experience the best that the South Carolina lowcountry has to offer! First you will pass by our private fishing lake where you could see heron, ducks, bass, and possibly the occasional alligator. Follow the markers through the woods and read about the local history, vegetation, and birds of this area. Sit beside the marshlands and watch the tides rise and fall. Keep a close eye out for deer!!
Rent a paddle boat, canoe or kayak and cruise around our 30 acre fishing lake. Catch some fish or just enjoy the local wildlife!
The swimming pool is open March 1 to Nov. 1
We have basketball, volleyball, ping pong, 3 horse shoes pits and cornhole!!
Be sure to catch the wagon ride through historic Oakland Plantation every Friday and Saturday afternoon. This private plantation is only accessible on our wagon rides. Remember your camera to get beautiful pictures of the over 250 year old oak trees!!
Always a good time!
