Every Day Fun is GREAT at KOA
We have many fun activities at Louisville South KOA. You can enjoy a nature walk along the river and caves, fishing, horseshoes, mini golf, volleyball, basketball, or spend some time in our game room. Every weekend during the summer we have crafts, ice cream socials and many other family orientated activities.
Grab your blanket or lawn chair and join us on the lawn for a great movie. The movie will be posted for parents approval before time. Concession stand available.
Kamp K9 Interactive Dog Park
Great fun for our four-legged family members. Use at your own risk and please follow posted rules.
The whole family will have hours of putting fun on the mini green. Challenge each other to see who will be the first to overcome the ramps, bunkers and other obstacles of our 9 hole course. It's a hole-in-fun!
What do you get when you cross a trampoline with a bounce castle? A JUMP PILLOW. This activity provides countless hours of exercise and entertainment for the young and young at heart. Please NO SHOES!

We are planning a Halloween to remember! Come join the ghosts and goblins for a haunted hay ride!
Halloween II Weekend
If you missed the first Halloween Weekend you have another chance this weekend. You might want to come to both, that is really a great idea.
Meet Your Hosts
"Our campground is open year round. Deluxe cabins make for cozy camping in the winter."Back in 2000, Pat Childers and her husband took a three month vacation to travel around the United States. Little did they know, that trip would completely change their lives!
When the vacation was done, they decided life in the corporate work world was just not appealing any longer. They quit their 9-5 jobs, moved into their RV and became work campers. After their first work camping experience, they decided they really wanted to manage a campground and were lucky enough to find positions with a great KOA owner, where they could soak up knowledge and learn all of the facets of the ever-changing job of running a campground.
Pats husband has since retired completely, and spends his time golfing and riding his motorcycle. In 2012, Pat tried that as well, but she simply missed her guests and her work too much. Now shes back doing what she loves managing the Louisville South KOA, and working to make your camping experience the best it can be.
Whats Pats favorite thing to hear? Her guests saying Ill be back and Ill bring my friends!
