Rates have substantially increased and the grounds have not!! Very little grass. Poor closed for cleaning on Labor Day, really? Service is very poor. Staff were unfriendly, rude, cantankerous, inpatient, and lazy. Road completely blocked off. Will never be staying st this KOA again as was much better, when family owned vs the now corporate owned. Our yearly tradition of Labor Day at KOA is done.

We have been coming to this KOA for years and after this trip we will NOT be returning. The staff were rude and absolutely terrible! They have loud vehicles that they patrol" you with all day staring at u. They were incredibly confrontational and unkind. We understand KOA rules well and didn't do anything to justify this. Do NOT stay here. Bathrooms were moldy and all the water smelled like sewer

I have been visiting the Paradise Valley KOA on Labor Day weekend since 1999. For decades we have LOVED this KOA. I am thoroughly disappointed in the new reservation system - a lot of our family members were not able to reserve their space/cabin as they have done for many years. The staff was terribly abrasive. The grounds looked worse than ever, staff kept closing roads for no reason.

I have a continuous Labor Day history with Paradise V KOA dating back to the late sixties. Never in over 40 years have I been so disappointed with the stay. I understand there was a corporate takeover last fall, and I can only think that that is the cause. 25% pricing increase, unfriendly and downright rude attendants, asking us to move cars like we were criminals, no watering, stinky bathrooms.

We were treated rudely and staff was very “ short with us”. They were harassing our young kids for “riding their bikes to fast”, all awhile zooming around way to fast in there golf carts thru the camp ground. We had a group of people around a campfire talking with quiet music in the back ground and was told there was a complaint about us being noisy. First off, it was our group around

Good indoor pool. Close to Yellowstone Road into campground was washboards on the way in but seem to have been graded when we left Neat outdoor exercise machines.

Great location relatively close to town and the farmers market. Loved the ability to take the dog on long walks in the surrounding area. Staff are very nice and helpful

Had a lovely stay. Our site was very private and we overlooked the neighboring farm from our site in the trees. Even got to see a doe and her baby one afternoon. We were just steps from the Yellowstone River. Would stay here again.

We went there because it had a pool. And the pool was shut down the whole 4 days. That we were there, they didn't even offer anything. Or discount or nothing. We literally went there for the pool

Worst KOA experience ever. Horrible entry road unsuitable for class A vehicles. Terrible fishbowl/grotto pull-thru section with no privacy whatsoever. Lots of weekend partying. Constant barking dogs, everywhere. Front desk doesn’t pick up phone. Sites are nasty and weedy, incredibly tight/narrow, hookups leaky. Lots of tree trimming needed - many obstacles to maneuvering a class A. Awful

Beautiful campground right on the Yellowstone. Staff was friendly and helpful. We chose this location as it was walking distance to the Pine Creek Lodge where we saw an excellent concert.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful (checking in, buy ice, answering questions). It was also great to be led to our site after our arrival and to be given help while backing in. The maintenance staff were efficient and quickly solved our loss of electricity due to another camper turning off the switch in the connector box at their site when they left, which left us with no power.

A huge tree top broke and fell very close to our RV was a nervous mess the hole time there. Some trees looked sick. But the people where great and it was clean.

We paid extra for a pull through rv spot. While it was technically a pull through spot (#14) it was tiny and almost didn’t fit out hybrid camper and SUV. Pull through spots were basically right on top of each other which was disappointing. Then there was the pool - so cold! We enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, stayed on Friday then the following Wednesday. The pool was an added touch. We were in 32, and 79. Unique play ground!!

The gravel road coming into the park was extremely rough. The sites were so close together that you were sitting at your picnic table right where the next camper’s electric/water/sewer was.

The people that work there are great. The pool was closed and it was 100 degrees . Had trouble with the electric power . The staff worked on the electric panel and finally got it so it wouldn’t trip constantly.

If you'd like to stay connected with friends and family and reserve online for the continuation of your trip/vacation or even work while in your RV this is not the place to come to. We had 3 days of no internet and no cell coverage. This said the site was clean and comfortable and only a short 45 minutes to Yellowstone North Gate park entrance.

While we never made it to this campground the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Allison was so kind in helping me last minute cancel due to Montana weather not allowing us to reach the campground. I was about in tears from the horrible 60 mph winds we had to drive in, and she was so kind about everything. If I ever get the balls to come back out this way (bad bad weather experience for May) I would definitely make it a point to stay here.

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
