Our campground is located right on the famous Yellowstone River. Book a guided fishing trip, or fish right from the bank of our 500 feet of river frontage! You can also fish the spring creeks in Paradise Valley, or head to the Madison and Gallatin Rivers in the surrounding area.
We are 43 miles from the North entrance, featuring the famous Roosevelt Arch, seen below. This entrance to the park has less traffic coming through and you get to experience the gorgeous drive through Paradise Valley and Yankee Jim Canyon on your way in.
Head to Chico Hot Springs for a leisurely soak in the natural hot spring pools. Located just 15 miles south of our campground, this is a great spot to relax at the base of the Absaroka mountains.
The Museum of the Rockies is a nationally renowned museum, featuring one of the most impressive collections of dinosaur specimens in the world. Located in Bozeman just 35 miles west of Livingston. Take a day trip to check out exhibits on Native American history, dinosaur fossils, and the planetarium. It is a great attraction everyone in the family will enjoy.
We are located at the base of the majestic Absaroka mountain range in the Pine Creek drainage. There are many great hikes in the immediate vicinity and surrounding creeks and drainage areas. Whether you are looking for a leisurely day hike to a waterfall or a multiple day backpacking trip, you can find it in Paradise Valley.
Both Livingston and Paradise Valley have an endless array of activities for all types of fun seekers! Enjoy the Yellowstone River by taking a leisurely guided fishing trip with an outfitter recommended by us or rent a raft or kayak and enjoy the slow flow of the river while you enjoy the scenery. Take in a live music show at Pine Creek Lodge or Montana Music Ranch - both just one mile from the KOA. Head to historic downtown Livingston to experience the old Montana west and grab a bite at one of the many restaurants or visit the Farmer's Market right on the river. For the more adventurous, take a guided back country horseback ride or enjoy the scenery on a hike in the Absaroka Beartooth mountains. The possibilities are endless!

Make the quick 3 mile drive to the Pine Creek Falls trailhead where you can hike a mile and a half to the beautiful waterfall, or make a full day out of it and hike all the way to Pine Creek Lake. Take the Passage Falls trail, a little further into the valley and enjoy the vistas on the drive there.
