I loved the pool the river and our camp site. All the people were great and friendly. They need to mowe the dog run. Grass was way too tall.

No way to get into the restroom To shower early in the morning because they didn’t put the bathroom code on my check-in packet. They claimed they don’t put it on when the packet is put outside the office in the pick up box which I didn’t even know was there. But I talked to a person when I arrived, and they didn’t give me any bathroom code. Just told me my packet was in the box outside.

Beautiful Resort! Full access to a 5 star luxury pool, Beach, restaurants and movie theater. I will defiantly be coming back!!!! My only complaint is that some guests did not have their RV's taken care of in terms of maintenance and looked abandoned (flat tires, cob webs all around, misc junk laying around) a bit of an eye sore for a top rated RV park. Avi please fix asap!

New paving was nice but the park as well as the hotel/casino had brown water. It was disgusting. Brushed my teeth with bottled water. Took showers but wasn't happy. Nobody seemed to care.

Should be more shade at this campground but I know what they are doing as they are driving people into the casino to get them to eat, drink and gamble. Our Jeep’s back window was shattered due to worker’s weed wacker shooting a rock out from it and they took a report but then it’s under “investigation” and they will call me when they are done. Not a good answer.

What is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS is their "Early Check-in Fee".We arrived at KOA at 11:35am,and attempted to check in.We were informed that,either we could wait until 12pm to check in,or we could pay an Early Check-in Fee.We have stayed at KOA all over the US. This was a first,and will be the LAST TIME WE WILL EVER STAY AT KOA-AVI (that,and obnoxious fireworks from 8 til 11pm every nite-NEVER AGAIN!)

There for a car show. Lovely venue. Although unusual parking, as you face a neighbor. Nice to be able to use shuttle to casino from park. Also, the gals in office were accommodating when we wanted to change spots.

Undrinkable water on Friday, I was told to go buy drinking water by clerk at desk, she said that she wouldn’t drink your water either….Unacceptable practice for paying $44 for camping with adults, kids or dogs.

The campground was clean and the employees were really nice. If you love to gamble, golf, swim, relax... this is a great place to stay.

Well kept, and clean. We had a bit of trouble with our water connection, but maintenance responded right away to repair. Nice stay!

Cool campsite cool ambient cool people, we like the lay out of the entire koa site , then across the road is avi resort my daughters family stayed in the avi and soccer teams for a tournament.. my grandson played. Beautiful resort , We are coming back koa ,�

We always enjoy our stay at Avi/Laughlin KOA. Clean well-maintained facilities. The only thing I would like is if when there are so many available sites that we weren't parked right between 2 other sets of campers. Would give a bit more quiet and feeling of privacy.

Stayed Thursday-Sunday. Beautiful campground. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Liked being able to enjoy the amenities of the AVI Resort and casino. The on demand valet/golf cart service to the casino was great. Highly recommend dining at the Feathers Cafe. We brought out ATV and were able to take trails all along the river. We are already planning our next visit.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
