We were 4 adults for this stay but we would like to come back with our grandkids.

Our cabin had 100 flies inside when we arrived. No one had a fly swatter in the office. We tried to kill as many as we could but we couldn't keep up it was gross. The site was also FULL sun with zero shade. This should have been communicated before we booked. Also the only small umbrella they had on thr site was white and provided zero sun protection. Won't be returning

We had to check out early because I was having medical problems and they were more than happy to accommodate. The park is very neat and tidy pool is clean and warm. I would go back there again and again.

We stayed in the Cabins. It was clean, spacious for what we needed. The area is covered in trees, makes for great shade or a hammock. The washrooms were generally clean and stocked. the pool is great! mini putt and bouncy pad is a plus! there were alot of mosquitos and wasps in our area unfortunately. the weekend events make it fun for kids and easy to entertain for parents. we all enjoyed here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you, K91 was a beautiful cabin and we would book it again in a heartbeat. Our children absolutely loved the coin scavenger hunt and we’re so excited to search all the time. The owners and all the staff were extremely friendly and alway helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

We had an amazing stay here. It's been updated since last year and even more amazing then we remembered. There's so much for everyone to do, they have great events for the kids and are very organized. My kids had the best time!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful too!!!

My daughter and I camp each summer at the Kingston KOA. We always have a great time and try to stay in our favourite cabin K64. Could you please fix the curtain rods in K64 because the curtains fall down every time you open and close them. We would like to see the mini putt fixed up as well. See you next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1000 islands / Kingston KOA. The campground was very clean and tidy. I didn't use the showers, but saw that they were spotless. It was a 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Kingston, which was easy using the 401 or other routes. The staff were all pleasant and polite. The only negative was the mosquitos in the evening, they were brutal.

Well managed park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. All level lots with utilities. Lots to do for all ages. Close enough to the city and highway for our needs, yet far enough out so there is no noise pollution from traffic. Very quiet park. Third time at this park and looking forward to many more stays in future. Would definitely recommend for a long or short stay :)

Our stay was quite good and we have stayed here before.Lots of activities for kids.The only problem was we couldn't connect to the internet for the 3 days we were there.

Overall it was great - thanks! A couple of items for feedback - the pedal go carts are in need of maintenance - they are stiff and we had to hunt through them to find the best ones to use. Also the outdoor cinema screen could be repainted - there are cracks that show on the image quite significantly (although the kids still loved it!)

We've been here before using a smaller site. This time we wanted a full service site, so we chose one based on the location and a picture. In the picture, the site looked as if there was a lot more room side to side. Management needs to do more to prevent noise after 11pm. A zip line was being used until 1245am and our neighbours seemed mystified about why they couldn't howl a the moon at 1115.

We had a great time! Campground is well maintained, staff are super friendly and helpful! Love the off leash dog area, my dog made some doggy friends there! Location is very convenient, close to Kingston downtown and easy drive to most attractions. Thank you to the KOA team for making our stay fun and safe!

We enjoyed our stay at 1000 Islands/Kingston KOA. The staff are very friendly. There was a water problem the weekend of our stay. It was dealt with professionally and a letter of apology was sent to all campers.

It was over priced at $105. Per night no working wifi but I like the KOA sites generally it’s just to expensive to stay long at those prices.

Very clean, nice large well kept sites, great pool temperature and best of all they cater to families. It was so nice to see so many activities for families.

We had a great time at the KOA Kingston. We stayed on one of the patio sites which included a brick fire pit with two muskoka chairs as well as a table with an umbrella and four chairs. The grounds were well kept and the host family a pleasure to deal with. They have lots of fun things for the kids to do. Our kids especially liked the rental bikes. We will be back!!

Water issues twice while we were there, although they worked quickly to fix them. The RV sites are quite spacious and nice, although the grass is dead and the weeds don't feel nice under bare feet. Also the amenities seem a bit run down and showing wear and tear, overall we had a good time.

The campground lost water for a day, it took a while for someone to let us know what was going on and we were not compensated for that. They didn’t offer to buy water and it was one of the hottest day of the month.

Les terrains sont bien et de grandeurs raisonnables. J'ai trouvé ce camping relativement calme. Seul bémol à mon séjour est que le camping à manqué d'eau pendant plusieurs heures le samedi ainsi que le dimanche matin. J'ai été chanceux qu'il me restait de l'eau potable dans le réservoir d'eau claire de ma roulotte, mais on a dû limiter notre utilisation. On a reçu aucune compensation.

Un problème d'eau général aurait pu affecter notre séjour mais les propriétaires et toute l'équipe ont redoublé de travail pour régler le problème. Ils nous ont fait beaucoup d'excuses. On sentait que notre confort leur tenait à cœur. Bravo pour cela! Tout était très propre et fonctionnel mais j'ai trouvé dommage que des activités qui étaient gratuites auparavant dans les KOA soi

This campground does not meet the KOA standards in my view. Rates are way to high for the service and facilities offered. Intermittent water for two days and no consideration for a discount. Facilities are outdated (washrooms) and they charge you 100 dollars a night. First and last time for me.

We went camping for a weekend in a cabin, that we ended up upgrading for a deluxe cabin upon arrival. The cabin itself was beautiful, really clean with everything needed for our stay (fridge, microwave, coffee machine with pods, an outside bbq and tables and chairs inside and outside. They even gave us some candy with a welcome card. I especially appreciated the outdoor swing and the fact that the cabins were in a more foresty area, making it peaceful. The camping is medium size and really dog friendly. The owner came to make sure we were fine and to give treat to our dogs. Unfortunately they were allergic so couldn't have some, but they suprised us with a allergen-free treat the next day. So thouthful! The dog park is medium size with sand and benches, good for spending some energy. There also are a lot of activities for kids, a playground, a mini-putt, a bouncy mat and more. It's situated really close to shops (pet value, lcbo, walmart...) and 20 minutes from Kingston. My parents were staying on a rv campsite with a onsite enclosure for their dogs and liked it too. Overall a great experience and we will come back.
