fun stay in Hardin. visited the battle of little big horn, had wonderful indian tacos, spent four hours touring the in and outdoor museum in Hardin. the hosts at the Hardin KOA are fairly new owners and were very helpful during our stay. they are working hard to restore the campground and it shows

We used this KOA as a base for exploring the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Although Spartan compared to other KOA's we stayed at, it had all we needed to enable our explore. It had sewer at our unit, which a grander KOA we stayed at did not have. Jon was great at check-in. This KOA met our needs just fine.

Amazing, the grounds were clean and organized. The staff and the owners are all friendly and very welcoming. This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in a long time.

Kristy and Jon went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They have just taken over this campground last year, and are doing an impressive job maintaining, renovating and upgrading the facilities. It’s decent. Clean. Small pool. Playground. Beautiful sunset since you’re surrounded by fields. Nice pet park. We had a nice large area outside our door, but hook up side was extremely close to neighbors.

We were passing through and stayed just one night. Office personnel were friendly and escorted us to our site. Bathrooms & showers were clean with hot water. We would stay here again.

Our stay was near perfect. The new owners are a husband and wife team with a passion for perfect for their guest. Their pride in what they have, what they have planned is superb. If given the chance again we would for sure stay.

Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Very easy to get to from the highway. Bathrooms could use some updates but clean. You can tell the park is older and needs some updates.

Kristy and Jon are with out a doubt the nicest hosts that we have ever met. Jon spent more than an hour chatting with us which I was impressed by. They are new owners of a great KOA location right off I-90, and it is obvious they are passionate about their new venture. All of their spaces are pull through’s, and we had a great two day stay. We will be back again..Thanks !!!!!

The owners are wonderful hosts. They are working very hard and it shows in their campground. Their camp store has a great selection of items. We had a shaded area in the back which worked well for us. It was also on the end so we got to meet and talk with others travelers.

Nice campground, owners helpful and accomodating, nice dog park. Woke up at 3 am with a headache, thought our propane had a leak but smell was outside also, turns out there is an asphalt plant across the street, so I assume that's where the smell came from. About 15 minutes from the Little Big Horn, so this was perfect for us. We were able to be at the park early since parking is very limited.

Hardin KOA price was great. Bllings KOA was going to be $150, way too much. Staff was great and friendly. I stayed in Spot 7 on 19 Aug. Sewer dump lid was broken and covered with a brick. Sewage backflowed out of the open hole when Spot 8 dumped their tanks. The spots are very close. When Spot 7 & 8 5th wheel campers both had slides extended, they were about 1 foot apart. I would stay there again!

Owner not too friendly when we checked in, I worked at KOA and have Great Day was not here. Good overnight stay, no problems. Easy off the I-90 and back on.

Everyone went out of their way to help with everything we needed. We had reservations at another campground that was horrible looking and they went out of their way to find a spot for us. We enjoyed the time we were there. Our dogs loved the dog park.

Our stay was uneventful but felt very crowded in a slot without sewer hookup. Realize that demand for camping spots was unusually high and appreciate that we were able to get the slot, but felt design of area should provide for more room and sewer. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The prices are reasonable, the grounds were well kept, the bathrooms were clean and heated, the wifi worked great, and our son loved the playground. They also had a nice store and newly renovated game room, where we enjoyed hanging out and talking with the very friendly owners. They even made us fresh popcorn. Everyone on the staff there was super friendly and accommodating. There was also a nice laundry room, dog wash room, and dog park. The owners are relatively new, and said that they have put a lot of work into upgrading everything there, and it shows. The location is very easy to find and is not too far from the freeway. Even though we were supposed to leave by 11am today, they invited us to stay late to enjoy their open house party which had a taco truck and snow cone truck, and they gave us and free vouchers to use towards our lunch. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone who is looking for one in this area. We will definitely return if we go through there again too.

Today we went to their open house/grand opening! The new owners have upgraded everything! They expanded the dog park, built a brand new laundry room/pet wash area, upgraded and redod the entire inside of office/store and now have an amazing game system with 1000's of games! The bathrooms and showers are very clean!

Just off the interstate; accommodating we didn't have reservations and they had A rv space. They have a small gift shop/ store with essentials; Good customer service came thru early in the season so they were just getting things up and running. They have full hookups with 50 amps rv pads are level but they are gravel. It's just off the interstate a few miles down the road so it is free of interstate noise.
