Friendly staff and very clean and well maintained park. Easy access to all the many amenities. Only comment on possible improvement would be a stronger wi-fi. Right now am planning on booking for next winter.

We had a really great month. The staff was fantastic. Shout outs to Peter, Sherry, Vicki, Matt, Mark, and the whole team. The campground was exceptionally well kept and clean. Loved the friendly atmosphere. The bike path on the island and the local restaurants and bars were fun to visit. Loved the island Music!

Staff are very friendly, and the help we had backing our TT in much appreciated after a long day of travel! The grounds and restrooms very clean.

Nice until it filled up but then quite crowded and difficult to walk small dogs. Also power surge required replacement of surge protector and power cord. Boil water order in effect for a couple days. Not park's fault. Great laundry room.

The people here were fantastic The facility were nice. Our complaint is that the sites were too small. Cramped sites packed one on top of each other. We had a 34’ travel trailer and couldn’t even fit our truck on our site. The camper next to us was being used as an Airbnb so we had four different people coming in going in our ten day visit. OMG We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful. The no-seeums are troublesome but we can get through that. All in all the staff are friendly and courteous. The septic smell can get kinda rough, but not a deal breaker. Two thumbs up for Fort Myers Pine Island KOA

We asked to move to be closer to our family and to be more in the shade b/c of my meds but were told they were completely booked and could not help. The rest of the stay we counted numerous spots they could have moved us to. Our neighbors had to move 3/4 through their stay….yet their site stayed open for the remainder of the time. Disappointed in not being allowed to celebrate NYE!

This campground is immaculately kept! Bathrooms, landscaping, pool, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. But, as others have said, be ready for the “no see ems”-especially at dusk! It is also 45+ minutes to go anywhere outside of Pine Island, so prepare for that unless you plan to stay at the campground and not go out! But great KOA and staff!!

Stay away! PLACE IS INFECTED WITH NOSEEUM!!! Most of the reviews are fake - as they are asking you to post a good-review.. but this place is just a big disaster, look for other place to stay. We stay over there from 12/29/2021 to 01/01/2022, the place is INFECTED with NOSEEUM, bathrooms are FILTHY! , no internet / Wi-Fi.. PALCE IS REALLY BAD! GO LOOK FOR OTHER PARKS! Stay-Away from this KOA

The staff and the seasonal people all were very welcoming and friendly if you go the first stop I would make is at the pine island tackle and bait and buy the bug juice works great for the no see ums

Very well kept campground with lots of Amenities. Incredible pool and hot tub. Staff and management were exceptional, helpful, courteous and totally accommodating. I highly recommend this KOA and truly appreciate the experience they gave us during our stay.

Very helpful people. Very clean bathrooms. Nice Pool. Enjoyed the tennis courts. A very well taken care of place. Only slight down side is that there is not much space. We felt pretty packed in.

Beautiful, well maintained campground. The staff was extremely helpful especially Pete. We are new to camping in Florida and would prefer to be in a separate area from seasonal residents.

I liked the campground and the facilities were very clean. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star was because dog fences aren't allowed on the grass. As a family we enjoy sitting outside with our dogs and it isn't an enjoyable experience if we have to have them tied up. I get not wanting to mess up the grass, but in most of the sites, cars, golf carts, and boats are parked there??

Very clean and nice. Bathhouse is A+. Disappointing that was not provide with area to have campfire. I did not see That on the website. Lots of amenities available.

Maintenance was super helpful, no internet. Spaces are very tight and difficult to maneuver. Neighbor who lives there was loud at odd hours and our main window was looking into his house. Had to keep curtains closed the entire stay...

Gary the staff member who helped Navigate us to our spot was fantastic and gave great reviews of local eateries. However my concerns are with so much covid precaution at office and with staff I was disappointed to see they don't seem to care about social distance with RV campers. Out of 20 spots vacant around they put the only 2 other rv just on our front side and one in back. Ridiculous!!!

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
