Good stay, but this KOA really is not designed for large (<40’) Class As towing a veh. Narrow road to the KOA; & narrow roads to the hilltop sites — lower sites by amphitheater looked good for large RVs. Nice bathhouse, and convenient to Interstate and helpful desk personnel.

We stopped overnight on our way home because it is a great KOA. It is very clean and quiet.

Nice, quiet campground. Clean restrooms. The sign for checking in at the hotel needs to be larger or another sign should be placed before the arch down the driveway. I almost missed it, and if I had a larger trailer, I wouldn't have been able to turn around easily. Another couple completely missed the sign and were down at the building, looking for check-in.

After 40 years of camping.......the most expensive place we have stayed. Placed on the upper level of the campground you would need to travel by vehicle to use the pool or laundry, bathrooms down at the amphitheater or at the hotel. Thankfully it was on a waypoint on our travel.

This koa is not one of my favorites, too small of a dog park, no park staff on site, all though our garbage was picked up quickly. Only when we registered at the days inn did we see anyone who worked there! It has potential to be better, has a amphitheater, I guess it gets used in the summer.

More info on koa site about this camp ground. All activities are at the hotel before entering camp ground. Poor signage, shade sites had minimal shade, no help to be found except at the hotel.

What a great KOA! Nestled in the rolling hills. Large sites! Very clean shower rooms! Peaceful! Would highly recommend this KOA. Just be aware that the check-in is inside the linked hotel just before you enter the actual camp area beyond the KOA arch. What a great place.

Love it. Great place to stop overnight. It is just off the highway but you feel like you are in the country. The restaurant close by is so convenient because whose wants to cook after a long day of traveling. We definitely will be back.

Easy pull through. Excellent platforms. Super clean. Super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Close to the highway, so great for an overnight.

Much too expensive..will look for alternative camping spot....only a one night stay over... KOA is not worth it...too expensive for travellers...

We've stayed at this campground before and had a positive experience but with only 400 characters available I couldn't possibly describe our experience so just know we won't ever stay at this campground again and might get rid of our KOA membership altogether.

HARD TO FIND ONCE YOU GET THERE YOU NEED TO GO TO THE MOTEL TO REGISTER AND NO SIGNS TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVED . IT WAS A LATE ARRIVAL AND THE LADY ANSWERD THE PHONE AND GAVE ME DIRECTIONS VERY KINDLY

This was a very quiet and nice KOA on our way home. Its behind a days inn and you have access to the amenities of the hotel including pool, business center, free coffee and a full service restaurant. We had no issues with our 45ft class A and tow vehicle. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the last row of car parking at the hotel and put in a few lanes for campers to eash checkin

Gorgeous park. It was meticulous. Beautiful scenery and well thought out park. There isn't a bad spot in the place. It was also really nice to walk to water and woods to eat. The food was great, coctails were good and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again

The huge sign over the entrance telling us to check in through the front desk of the hotel was our first impression! And it wasn't good. Trying to maneuver a big rig towing was not easy in a hotel lot. Then to have NO ONE in the campground for questions....I was not impressed.

Flatwoods KOA has been our halfway stop for about three years. The hotel staff is always welcoming and helpful. The sites are clean and fairly level. Internet is strong and the facilities are modern and well maintained. We'll be back in the Fall!

Right off the interstate. The campground is set in a valley with sites at differing elevations. Ours was higher up, easy to get into and easy to leave.

We only stayed one night at this KOA as we travelled back from Florida to our home in Ontario but really enjoyed our brief stay. The campground is beautiful and having the resources of the adjacent Days Inn is a major plus.

Great campground!! Level spots and very friendly staff. Just remember to stop at the hotel check in so you don't have to back up the driveway.
