Greeted very nicely. The site had lots of chairs and fencing between for privacy. The shop had great stock . One of the better KOA s.

We had a patio site. It was great. There's a privacy fence between the sites which made it very private. These are the sites closest to the store. The campground is beautiful with all the pine trees. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great!

Although the staff was friendly, the site (#64) was horrible. Upon backing in it sloped so far forward it took four blocks to bring the front up enough to not feel like you were headed downhill, the camper was still not level. The site was listed as 30amp /water but the water was connected with another site with a long garden hose to supply the camper. Ridiculously set up. I would not return.

The staff there is Very friendly and helpful. The store is very well stocked. The price of doing laundry is reasonable. Surrounded by forest with great trails.

Office staff very friendly. We were escorted to our spot. Roads are paved but lots of potholes. Pads are gravel and ours was not very level. Used all our leveling blocks to level up side to side but had nothing left to correct high in front. Bathroom/showers were very clean. Park has a dump station. Quiet campground.

I loved this KOA. It's a big campground and I enjoyed all the lovely trees. My site was spacious and the internet was excellent. The showers were clean and hot. I especially enjoyed the extensive trail system adjacent to the campground.

The road noise and constant ambulances were kind of loud. It would be good if all of the spots had sewer hook ups we enjoyed our stay though very much. Even though it was just a few nights. Will likely be back.

Should be rated a Journey instead of Holiday. The WiFi was exceptionally strong and appreciated. The advertised breakfast was not available “probably won’t be running this season” and the camp was messy.

Ive stayed here so many times(at least 2x a year for around 10 years) that I'm running out of good things to say about this KOA. Staff has ALWAYS been super and are the facilities. My only complaint is beyond their control. Entry from highway 89 south bound can be a little dicey. There is no traffic light and you sometimes can't see oncoming traffic due to foliage in the median.

This is a wonderful rustic campground Sites are set within the large pine trees looking at a large mountain with hiking trails. Staff is very friendly rest rooms and laundry were very clean. Only reason no 5 stars is as when campground fills up WiFi becomes almost non existent we will return again

Staff was exceptional in their customer service. Going above and beyond seemed like it was the daily occurrence here. Definitely set the bar for customer service! Sites were clean and well maintained. Wonderful place to spend anytime at all!

Eva is a gem. Helped with printing tickets for Mesa Verde. Secured my Amazon orders and has a great personality. Site was great (166). We will stay here again.

We enjoyed the campground and staff. The issue is with the reservation system. I booked two sites requesting they be together. Upon arrival, we were told our sites were 3 sites apart. The staff was accommodating in trying to place us closer together. We were told the reservation system moved one of the sites. Please fix this so sites book together stay together.

Old,dirty, outdated bathhouse smells shower stalls are filthy. We asked for a site to accommodate the size of our rig and they put us in a tiny site we couldn’t use the grounds on our site all along the had pop ups and small campers on the larger sites. We asked them to move us and they refused. All in all it was a very miserable stay.

The bathrooms were not the greatest. The many tall trees were fantastic! The GPS mislead us and we had difficulties getting to the campground (GPS had us going to the right instead of the left).

Very difficult to get to assigned site due to large trees, boulders, tables and signs. Also, road very narrow and rough with guests sometimes parked on roads.

Surprised that you can charge over $80 for an even parking spot. I was not able to level the motorhome. Sorry, but way overcharged for what I was offered

The only reason for 4 stars was that the sight we had was so wavy that when setting the levels, I had wheels off the ground.

We loved it there. The sites are great except none of them are level. Other than that it’s close to so many attractions. We plan on coming back next year with a group for a couple of weeks.

Not meets the Koa criterium! No water for the Dum Station, restroom not cleaning and not enough regarding Numbers of tents & Rv without sewer, etc. Maybe it’s because lot of renovation’ working for the site to prepare the Summer season? Compare to other KOA, this one is at the bottom!

This is our go to place either going east or west on our trips...but we have never seen this place SOLD-OUT. Because of the outlander event nearby. Close for getting to Grand Canyon south, Sedona not that far, and it's a college town too!

Nice bathroom and has a stop light entrance/exit. Kind of small stalls/ but not a big deal
