Easy to find campground, near all conveniences, but nice & quiet. There is a beautiful mountain towards the back with some walking paths. I would recommend this KOA to any campers.

Very friendly & helpful staff; would be glad to stay here again. Park has relaxing setting with plenty of trees, in contrast to other KOAs with mostly concrete & asphalt. However, some RV parking slots are so close together it’s a bit challenging to navigate with longer trailers. Could also be improved by addition of another dog park on/near opposite end from existing Kamp K9.

The RV sites were primitive and minimally maintained, but serviceable. The restroom/ shower facilities were older but well maintained and cleaned. Need more restroom/ shower facilities for a park having nearly 200 spaces. Nice park setting, very attractive views.

Booking on the website was super easy. The staff was so helpful. We loved all the amenities for kids who have been cooped up in a vehicle all day.

Very nice layout. Sites were spread out. There were trees and a picnic table. The restrooms and laundry were clean. We asked to change our site because of the slope. The woman in the office was very helpful and accommodating. The camp is very close to shopping, gas and propane fill up. We would definitely recommend this campground

Wifi was getting an update, so laundry was down for the day. Communication about it was a little lacking, both at checkin and during the issue, which lasted at least an afternoon. Overall the sites were nice and the location was pretty good—lots of road noise for a Holiday KOA but it’s proximity to the mountains and some nature trails was an upside. And obviously Flagstaff! Staff was great and location was great. Assigned to a pull thru site the was ver narrow and unlevel front to back as well as unlevel side to side. Sites need to releveled. Didn’t use the CG Internet. Cable TV was perhaps the best I’ve ever seen in a CG.

This is my go to KOA whenever I travel to Albuquerque and points east if I’m taking a southerly route. Have always been happy with the facilities and the staff is outstanding. Only thing I wish they could do is convince the state, city or county is to put in a left turn signal to get into the campground. It can be pretty dicey sometimes to get into the facility.

It was nestled in the words but the acorns were constantly falling on my rv - clang, clang, clang. Very annoying. Maybe a different time of the year would be better. The maintenance crew were very helpful with a gopher took my keys and buried them in the ground. Ouch!. Otherwise very friendly staff.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had not stayed there before and was not used to the tent sites being so close together, but really liked the tent pads.

Everything was great, except the bathrooms. The showers are gross and so tiny. It’s barely possible to fit in there. I’m an average size person, and I could barely move. They really just need a complete overhaul, Also, no handicapped accessible shower. Probably wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

Park is quiet. Spaces are good size. Office staff treated me like I was interrupting their day. The park looks like owners don't have their heart in it. Park is missing many of the fun activities most KOA's have. The rec room was shut down. Looked like someone was living in it. Shame with this parks location and some creativity this could be a very kewl place. Let me know if your selling.

We tent camped.very rustic with all the trees.like camping in the woods .loved it.the staff was very friendly.bathrooms were clean but really needed updating.did not like using my card for laundry

When we checked in the girl was helpful and kind but I felt like we were bothering her. The young man that escorted us to our site was very kind and helped us get in the site. Other than that we didn’t have any interaction with staff. We enjoyed our stay and will come again

The staff were very good, and that is the reason I would return. The park needs some work, however. Spaces are too uneven and rough. I've been to quite a few KOA's, and the spaces were much better maintained. The showers were good and kept clean- thanks.

The tent only (non electric) site was small and the parking NOT easy to get into or out of for a motorcycle. This KOA was at the mid point on two 500 mile days, so the convenience of a guaranteed spot over the National Forest on a FF was a plus.

The campground needs to trim tree limbs. They scrap on larger rigs.

It’s our 2nd stay there this year and we throughly enjoy this KOA. Clean, well maintained and quiet. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time.

Great amenities, staff was nice and helpful, we didn't expect there to be a dog park and finding out there was one was great! The Halloween decorations at the front office were a nice touch.

We were just staying overnight before going to the Grand Canyon in our Class C RV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it odd that the water hookup was in the middle of the site, not on the side along with the electricity and septic hookup, and the grill on the site was not cleaned out. The campground had many people camping there, but it was quiet and we slept well.

Site is very pretty and the office is open til 8pm. The ground is not level, so you will need leveling blocks. Quiet, clean area.

We had an amazing time staying for 3 nights at KOA flagstaff during our spring break. Place was well organized, staff super friendly and kind and the giant pillow was great!
