What an awesome experience! It was refreshing and relaxing. We can't say enough great things about the owners and the staff. We have now found a KOA favorite and will be back in the near future. Thank you for your hard work and making our trip so enjoyable. Keep up the good work! By the way, David's barbecue/smoker skills are out of this world!

Dave and Angie run the best KOA on the planet!! Very clean, very pretty (all the flowers and decorations are awesome!), Great food (and they deliver to your campsite!!), lots of things to do for all ages! Just Perfect!! Wish we could come up every weekend!!!

Charming!!!!! We had a wonderful stay( only 1 night in one of the little cabins) it was so cute! Clean! Having the little Bathroom was great! My 13 year old son and husband used the showers and they said they were so clean, in fact my 13 year old raved about how nice they were!!! The campground was just lovely with flowers and charming decor. Great pool too! We will be back!!

We had another delightful stay at "our little cabin" in the woods. We always meet nice campers and share adventures. We always enjoy conversations with the staff; we always participate in the bbq menu; we always support the ice cream social; we always plan on coming back. Thanks a bunch. See you again in October!

It was a wonderful stay, wish the camping cabins had either a coffee maker or a small microwave. We had to bother our friends each morning for hot coffee. Everything else was great, appreciate the clean showers. Will be back to stay in a deluxe cabin Sept 21 & 22 for Mayberry days, in Cabin 2, if the older & bigger deluxe cabin opens up if someone cancels, please let us know. Thank you!

This PARTICULAR KOA Journey is a FABULOUS Place to stay! Cabins are clean and well maintained. Never had an issue and we LOVED the people that worked there! Put this down as a DEFINITE place to stay!

Great campground in Virginia mountains. Clean restrooms and showers. Very friendly staff. Lots to do in campground as well as in area. Most sites level. Stayed in basic cabin. Very nice. Will go back!

We visited the KOA in Fancy Gap, VA. The mountain air was nice! It’s a small campground, has plenty of trees, and very kind workers that go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They even deliver food to your campsite!We got to swim in the pool, mined for gems, fished, played on the playground, cooked over the fire, ate ice cream, and slept in a tiny cabin. Perfect family place!

Once again an excellent stay. Clean cabin, bathhouse was clean even with it being horrible rainy weather. Staff is always great here. Looking forward to coming back again next month.

Great wooded, quiet, well maintained KOA! Bathrooms very clean, ample hot water and great adjustable shower heads. Conveniently located for wineries, breweries, nearby quaint towns, farmers markets, plant nurseries.

Great staff, clean, and I stayed in a cabin and it was perfect to break up my Blue Ridge Parkway tour. Maybe a little sign to point to how to get back to the Blue Ridge as I took a round about way per Google.

We took our kids camping for the first time here, what a great experience! We even stayed an extra night and called out of work because it was so awesome! The staff are some of the nicest people we've met and we're always ready to accommodate any need we had, which is great when camping with a baby. Firewood and ice delivered, plenty of space, peaceful, and they have very clean facilities. We caught fish in the pond (largemouth, bluegill, crappie), played giant billiards, and they even have gem mining in the campground. We even had a little disc golf course and playground next to our huge tent site (#40). We definitely will be back!
