We stayed in a cabin on our way home from St. Augustine. It was dark by the time we arrived, and raining, too. What a pleasure it was to find out the cabin had a small bathroom (toilet + sink) so we didn't have to walk through the rain to the bath house! It's always a pleasure to use the easy KOA reservation system and have our registration materials taped outside the office after hours.

We love the campground. It was well-maintained and the staff was extremely nice! The sites were clean and spaced out.

Everything is so nice clean restrooms. They make barbecue, homemade pizza and now breakfast items. Enjoy the campground in the mountains. We love to go there. There are golf courses close and a lot to do on the Blue Rdge Parkway.

It rained, we arrived late, left early and we STILL thought this was an awesome KOA! We had a great site, the bathrooms were great (clean, well maintained) and getting around the campground was easy on the well manicured grounds. Literally yards from the entrance to the BRP, this KOA is on our WE’LL-B-BACK list.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pulled pork and brisket and that we were able to get things delivered to our site. The fenced yard for our dogs was perfect. What a great amenity.

It was great. Quiet and peaceful. Very beautiful and clean site. The owners and other employees were extremely nice and friendly and went out of their way to make your stay great. We would highly recommend. �ϋ��ϋ��ϋ��ϋ�

Absolutely beautiful KOA, our site was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was the best KOA we have stayed at, looking forward to coming back and spending more time and enjoying the area. Thank you for your hospitality and great work

Wonderful campground with the most friendly people ever. We were only staying over night while traveling. Our pull thru site had a very nice patio. Lots of fun things to do as we walked around the park. We will definitely be back again. My husband said this was his favorite KOA and we have camped in many.

I was only there one night as I was passing through. But I was impressed with the campground. Especially all the different kinds of sites. I’d stop again.

Would have rated 5 stars if the cable reception was better. Very clean and staff were excellent.

Friendly staff, nice campground, but I think we had the worst site! Barely get 2 chairs on level ground. Site 19. Would ask for a different one as there seemed to be lots 9f much nicer sites.

Enjoyed our girl’s weekend. Cabin was well maintained and had everything we needed. Camp stafg was friendly and helpful!

Only had two nights, but enjoyed it greatly. The staff was great, very supportive, friendly and helpful. The BBQ was very tasty and we are sure we will try it again on the next trip. For directions, I would recommend taking the I-77 exit #8, turn toward Hwy 52, South on 52 to Fancy Gap, take the Parkway exit, and make an immediate turn toward the KOA which is less than one quarter mile.

We loved our stay! It was so kind and helpful to be led to our campsite and assisted in backing in. The campground was quiet and clean. Everyone was so kind. The playground was a toddler favorite. We had so much fun and can’t wait to visit again!

Staff is very friendly and well knowledgeable. Food was fantastic, the entire campgrounds were spotless. We enjoyed so much we booked another stay.

We had another great stay at Fancy Gap KOA. The grounds are always well maintained and the staff are all super friendly and very helpful.

Our cabin was very nice, and we were able to have our pet with us. The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were delicious! There were so many fun things to do and enjoy! We are looking forward to going back!

We’ve been here on two different occasions and I will stay here any chance we get. The nicest most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. They meet you outside right as you drive in, escort you to your site and assist with placement/parking of your rig. I’d give 10 stars if I could. We travel often and this is by far the best place we’ve been.

Very nice! Quiet, clean, and beautiful! We had a great time. But the crows got in the trash that we put out by the road and I saw other bags that had been ripped up.

Great staff, clean, and I stayed in a cabin and it was perfect to break up my Blue Ridge Parkway tour. Maybe a little sign to point to how to get back to the Blue Ridge as I took a round about way per Google.

We took our kids camping for the first time here, what a great experience! We even stayed an extra night and called out of work because it was so awesome! The staff are some of the nicest people we've met and we're always ready to accommodate any need we had, which is great when camping with a baby. Firewood and ice delivered, plenty of space, peaceful, and they have very clean facilities. We caught fish in the pond (largemouth, bluegill, crappie), played giant billiards, and they even have gem mining in the campground. We even had a little disc golf course and playground next to our huge tent site (#40). We definitely will be back!
