We always enjoy staying here - it's unfortuante that this small company now has gone to the big business and care more about the bottom line verses the loyal customers who come back year after year. As my husband as said - they will for sure get people to reserve it is just not the same people who have always supported their business. Hopefully in the end it is worth it.

Easy check in, escort to site, and 50amp service with water. Site was a bit narrow to squeeze my rig in but all ended well. Grea5 atmosphere and nice host and staff.

We love to stay there. Only bad thing is a the people that bring dogs that bark all the time. Need to change it to no pets allowed. I leave my dogs at home and so can everyone else.

Great place! Fun activities and attentive staff. Halloween events were amazing! Only drawback was the on site which wasn't very good. But overall a wonderful KOA for families

The only issue we had was we didn’t stay long enough. We had such a wonderful time as a family!!! It was so comforting letting my kids run and play while my husband and I were able to just sit and relax at the campfire. We already booked a 9 day stay next year and will probably book more. Nice campground and great staff.

The Hull Family is Amazing. The Campground is well run and cared for. The Events are well thought out and every time we camp here the kids and adults have a blast. Best KOA we have been to. Even the Nighttime security guy is super friendly!

We stayed during a Halloween themed weekend, and the activities and overall experience while camping were enjoyable. The biggest concern we had was the layout for the dump station. Once a line formed for outgoing campers to dump, those who did not need to dump had to wait in line as well, which at times could be quite long. Even cars looking to leave without a camper hooked up had difficulty.

It was the end of season and nothing to do since it was a Sunday to Tuesday stay but that’s ok. We very much enjoyed the quietness and the comfort of the deluxe studio cabin. The owner and his daughter are so friendly and make you feel so welcome.

I used to love coming to this park. Unfortunately, with new owners come change and this change is not good. We have been visiting this KOA for the last 10 years, but this last stay was my last. It seems that it has changed from a happy family fun park to a money grab and nitpick over everything your visitors do.

The site was adequate, however overpriced. All the charges for parking, visiting, and additional people is just excessive.

Reserved site 30. It was about 30 feet from the site water line. Took almost 3 hours to get a hose long enough to fill my water tank. Tried to reserve the same site for next year (past policy was the site was held till Sunday checkout). Found that policy changed and almost all sites were already booked for next year. I and many others cannot book for next year. Probably won’t return.

Our stay was great. Only complaint is we’re upset we were unable to book our same sites next year. Our site was perfect for our Halloween display.

We had a great time but our group was divided as the middle spot between us was double booked and was given away to the people that booked it second. That interrupted our vacation and I believe wasn't that pleasant for the people between us. We have always enjoyed the Emmitt koa but us and all our friends are thinking of booking vacations elsewhere because of the reservation policy and treatment.

Paid for a deluxe site ended up with a site that my camper opened to a sewage line. They did not allow personal golf carts even though the rule say we can have them. Overall unsatisfied. This KOA seems dated and does not have the amenities that most others do.

Everyone was very friendly. Only problem was when my family member came in a second car they wanted him to pay $5 even though I had the pass for 2nd car for him to unload

We came out for halloween weekend had a fabulous time. Most people were great like we've known them a long time, some though don't know how to pick up after their dog, or put out fires before they leave. Bathrooms were clean even had halloween shower curtains cute touch. Workers were polite and the owner very nice. he came around talking to us and checking things out. A++ rating.

We love it! It's a very clean park with plenty for kids to do. The beach/swimming area is great! All staff members that we met are very nice and personable. Highly recommend this park!

Been coming to Emmett koa for 8 years, this year the new owners I believe need to reconsider their ownership, their staff is rude, disrespectful and have made numerous reservation errors on both our visits, and other in our group plus we were not allowed to book for next year until Monday, when we work and we're unable too. They also charged for parking on a main highway, not their property

Have been camping there for years in the same spot. Wish they would fill the ankle busting holes that have been there forever. They have nice clean modern bathrooms and fun Halloween camping. Overall it's a really nice place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic! We love camping here. However, with the new way to make reservations, using the 'free for all' system and not being able to book our site a year out for the same weekend we come, it's not likely we will return. We come with the same groups and have built friendships over the years. Very, very disappointed in this change.

Ever since new ownership the Emmett KOA has went down hill. Lost power first night, lost water second night and cable never worked at all. Talked to girls up front and said nothing they could do. Basically told us to get lost. Not very happy for the money we spend there with a group of over 12 sites of campers there.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our staff works hard to keep the grounds and facilities clean. Unfortunately, mother nature did knock out the power for 45 minutes. While following the cable issue a water line was hit and took the water for 20 minutes. We hope these issue will not reoccur.

New reservations for following year do not work well. Had the same site for years surrounded by friends and had to move for next year. Not cool. Not much effort into haunted forest this year. Bathrooms and sites were all very clean staff always nice and polite.

Love the size of this campground. It is large enough to have some nice activities and small enough that you can enjoy all it has to offer.
