We had such a great time! Everyone was so nice and helpful. My kids love swimming in the lake. My daught caught a fish, which made her weekend.

Staff were all super nice. Did not care for the check in and entrance process. Site was a disappointment, steep with no view.

We had a big issue with rebooking of our campsite. This KOA allowed campers staying from may 8th to book weekend of the 14th before it happened. On Sunday May 8th 2022, campers were allowed to book the weekend of the 14th 2023. We were kicked out of our camp sites for the 14th 2023. Very wrong! We had been working for yrs to get the sites we had this yr. Now we have no sites to come back in 2023

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We had a very difficult decision to make these last couple weekends as mother day falls a weekend later and on care camp weekend. We did decide to honor the holiday and open our cabins a weekend earlier to accommodate those camping care camp but a weekend sooner for the next year.

There are so many great activities and amenities for kids! We love this KOA!

Rude Stagg at office. Jimmy was not interested in resolving our issue. Waste pipe at full hook up site was too high and our site was supposed to be a patio- it was not.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We did our best to accommodate and resolve issues as soon as possible. Jimmy was able to resolve the issue and help start a campfire. This was our new site, advertised as a full hook up back in campsite on the water.

Campground itself is nice, but check-in is awkward. You wait in line of RVs at a closed security gate - leave RV and try to figure out how to get in. Turns out that the Registration building is inside campground- beyond this gate. Shower doors are shaped saloon style & are so low you can see over the top - NO privacy. Campers are required to wear plastic bracelets like children on field trip!

Very nice camp ground. Had a little pond for swimming & fishing. Friendly staff. They have a problem w the car passes allowing the gate to open. Come while there open so you can get in. Lots of train whistles at nite.

The camp grounds were very clean and the staff we very friendly and helpful. It is a family friendly camp ground that thankfully monitors the loud late night partiers. We always recommend Emmett to all our friends.

Our stay was as great as it always is. We have been camping at this KOA on Mother's Day weekend for many, many years. It is a shame that you no longer offer $10.00 Saturday night stay as you have for so many years.

We are long time stayers for Mother's Day weekend and Halloween weekend. I can say kudos to the 'clean up' of the grounds - not that it was required however it was def noted. Also in the office - Maddy went above and beyond - I both spoke to her on the telephone leading up to my stay and had personal interaction with her during my stay - awesome employee!

Very disappointed in this trip to the Emmett KOA. We have been here several times before and this have by far been the worst trip. We usually pick this location because it’s friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. This time we had 16 year old yelling at adults, and screaming at kids, also fistfights at the pillow… growing pains I get it, but please do better. 1/2 our group got stuck in parking

It would be great to see the owners friendly attitude In his employees too. No one pays $$ to be given attitudes by teenagers on a power trip. By all means I Understand that is the age group to work there but maybe grab an adult manager when there’s a situation with guest. For the second car parking you should be allowed to drive to the further sites to unload and offer a golfcart ride back.

All our staff members including the teenagers are trained to be kind and courteous to all campers in all situations. They have been trained to address any guest not following park rules. If any guest is having an issue with staff, they should bring it to a manager's attention immediately.

Everything was great! Stayed in DC9, new cabin. Had to leave early due to my daughter getting sick. Otherwise a great stay.

Family campground which we love. You can hear Childrens laughter from having so much fun. Love the new owners. This is the 4th time we have stayed under new ownership. Everyone is polite and helpful. We watched a person unhitch his camper on a hill and a terrible angle. The owner got his tractor and backed up the camper perfectly level for the person. Will be back in July!! Love it here.

I always have a great time at this KOA location. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The owner Jimmy truly cares that his guests squared away.

Great campground. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I Would definitely recommend this campground. They have a lot of activities for kids.

Would have been a five but there was no hot water from our site (spiget) or in the womens bathroom for showers. It was really cold in the bathroom. Otherwise my fav campground.

Our family has been coming to this KOA for years. Always fun and friendly with lot of activities for the kids. My favorite campground by far.

Stayed on a patio site and was a little disappointed. The included grill did not fire and all the paint was flaking off the inside of the lid. You'd think somebody could blow all the leaves off the patio, if you know it's being rented that day.

Emmett KOA is always one place I look forward to staying. I love the more "camping" feel but with all of the extras that make my kid's stay more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for all that you do to keep the park clean and for all of the extra activities for the kids!!!!! Keep it up!
