Staff was very friendly. The craft program for kids was well thought out and well executed. Nice Job. Check in was seamless and escort to our site was appreciated. Fishing in the lake was fun and they were biting. Trick or Treat during the late afternoon hours was an outstanding idea and appreciated by this parent

Loved our stay despite the rain! Loved the text reminders for activities. Great time was had! Staff was always so friendly too!! Only thing I can give feedback on, and it's honestly so so small and personal preference, but change up the Styrofoam coffee cups in the office!

Love love love this campground! The staff were absolutely fantastic and very helpful! They clearly communicated the happenings of the weekend and the campground was beautifully decorated for the Halloween season! We will definitely be staying here again!

We just did not have a great experience. Patrol was rude to our guest's. Charged them incorrectly and then reimbursed them the next day. Over all just not a friendly place

Rude? Reimbursed? Overcharged? No. Your friends were caught sneaking into the campground.He said you told him how to do it. You're lucky we didn't throw you both out. In this case, you created your own poor experience.

Beautiful landscaping and clean gravel sites! Top notch showers with hot water, friendly, helpful staff, and immaculate campsites with quality, state of the art hook ups, outdoor lighting, and seating. It doesn’t get any better than this. Highly recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your KOA! Friendly, helpful staff and thankful for your flexibility in allowing me to check out a little later due to the time constraints of my professional conference in Lancaster. I also appreciated your attention to security and safety. It was great to see a staff member checking cars entering the campground in the evening! We’ll be back!

This was our first time tent camping. We could not imagine a more positive experience! The cleanliness of the facilities, the kindness of staff & the activities available were such a wonderful bonus. We loved mini golf and gem mining, along with the playgrounds, community campfire & the fact that there was electricity & water at our site. We will be back & have already recommended this site!

We love the campground, however, one major negative is the placement of the fire rings. They are too far away from where you park your trailer. This discourages use when they are on the far end of the site.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Motorhome, trailers,5th wheels all use the site differently. Firerings were concreted in place based on the location that had the most number of burn holes in the turf as people insisted on moving them around.

We had a very nice site, close to everything. I know the campground said they were short staffed, but I saw a lot of employees working, and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The store/office personnel were a delight to deal with, and the outside personnel were so helpful. This is a very well-run, clean, and beautiful campground.

It was great! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and had a fantastic time. My daughter thought is was funny that the cabin we stayed in ( site 120) wasn’t allowed pets but there was a pet potty space and waste can attached to the site. Seems like a missed opportunity. The office and gate staff were top notch and very helpful. My entire family can’t wait to come back next year!

Everything was beyond my expectations! The staff was so kind, and helpful. The facilities were so clean and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating for our needs. The amenities were everything we were looking for and more! I cannot wait to come back to visit!

We have stayed at this campground over the past ten years. We love the location and the staff is great. But, this year our camper was invaded by stink bugs. During our stay we killed over 350 of them thinking we had taken care of them. When we returned home to VA we discovered thousands of them in our camper. If you are staying in this campground during Sept/Oct ask how bad they are.

Checking in was a breeze. The ladies at the desk were so nice, helpful and professional. The bathrooms were so clean. The campground was very well maintained. You could tell the staff really cares about it. I would love to stay again.

Outrageously expensive for a gravel lot and a sliver of grass. Horrible speed bumps everywhere on the roads throughout the entire facility. Nice people at check in, but not worth the money for the location or the facility.

You drove in without a reservation. You were told the price. You accepted the price and took the site for your 1 night stay. We fail to see how you can complain about it.You could have simply moved on and found a cheaper campground.

The site is clean and good looking but the road to reach this KOA was not the best for a class A motor home. Also the space I was given is absolutely off level and horrible to bring your auto levelers down - so I just stayed on wheels as it is for one night only - but unless they fix the leveling of these sites I will not use this place again. Better off to stay in a park or at Cracker Barrel.

We are sorry about your troubles.If you follow our directions,the route is quite easy for any size RV.Your site was not off level.I would suggest checking the calibration of your system.Over 50 units had the same site this year without any level issues.We wish you happy camping.

A delightful campground to stay at. The grounds are well kept. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed during your stay. Love to fish at the catch & release pond. Location is close to day trips to visit areas in Lancaster County.

Long large FHU pull through and back-in gravel sites with large lawns on most and some sites even have cement patios. Well maintained park, dog park, playground, mini golf (in excellent condition), pool (not open yet), propane filling station, 4 bath houses, 3 laundry rooms, over 20 cabins and lodges. Store has rv items, gifts etc. Staff is Awesome.
