Easy stop East of Denver. Good county roads run to the North and South of the KOA which will allow you to avoid the traffic between Colorado Springs-Denver-Boulder. Sites are gravel, pretty close together, but adequate. Less road noise than I expected.

Stayed in a wagon- flies get in but that is not the KOAs fault. Just be prepared if you don't like bugs. The staff were phenomenal. The grounds have so much for kids to do and it's clean, well-lit, and the wagons are fun! Way bigger than one would think. Highly recommend camping here.

Real tight. Lots of train noise. Lots of freeway noise. Not close to any restaurants except bar across the street. Put us next to a cluttered full timer. Hookups for neighbor are right out your door.

Great for our one night stay as we passed through, a bit noisy with the nearness of the highway. Clean bathrooms, nice level sites.

Everything went great especially when we ordered the pizza. The lady was so nice and very helpful. The only problem with the stay was the yapping dog in 103. It yapped starting at 7am and then went on all day. The owners _____, well should have taken care of the dog.

Owner Scott is on hand to make sure you can enjoy your visit. Stayed alone with my two dogs and there were two snow storms. Scott and his staff checked on me to make sure w everything was working because of the cold weather. Easy propane refills. And was able to extend my trip by one day due to snowing conditions. Will definitely be back when the weather is better.

Everything was clean and nice. Owners were very nice. Pet charge was low which is great when you travel. I will be back to stay again. Thanks for a great stay! ��������������������

Staff very friendly and attentive to duties. Our pull through was only pull through-in, due to closeness, size and length of neighbors rigs of which some were in the exit way, fortunately we were able to back into another exit route. Not a comfortable way to leave in middle of a storm. Overall a great stay!

Worse KOA we ever stayed Site was within 6’ of another trailer, which had 7 propane tanks stored out front of his unit, and they started a electric air compressor every morning at 6 am while we where there for 4 days!! Talk about a fire hazard!!! We will never return to that park!!

Customer service was outstanding! However, I would recommend looking into an app such as PayRange for the washers and dryers rather than requiring quarters. Also, there was a customer who washed her sick dog's bedding in the laundry. Would recommend having a separate washer and dryer for pet stuff. Finally, there were dogs barking that woke us up every morning.

Railroad crossing very close, big ant nests near narrow strip of weeds to walk my dog, so people without a dog, hard of hearing won't mind staying here.

Clean bathroom and shower area. NIce big pull through sites. I was just passing through and kept having to reschedule my arrive date. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating with my times and reschedule needs. Camp grounds looked very nice and I was wishing I could have spent a few days there! Will keep this place on my radar for my future needs. Hopefully for a longer stay!

The campground was very very crowded and a little scruffy. It was too close to the freeway with no barriers that diminished the traffic noise from the freeway. There also was a railroad track very close. We did use the campground bathrooms or showers or laundry so cannot comment on that. We will not choose to stay there again but certainly would stay again if travel route required it.

In my option only, this is not a KOA Holiday, it’s a Journey at Best. The Standard Pull-Thru has absolutely zero space. The campground was clean and very friendly staff.

Would have been better if someone was in the office when it said it was to open. The water was on in other sites except for the site we were given. Otherwise good place for overnight.

Great RV park! clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our plans changed and we left a day early and were refunded for the day. We rented a deluxe cabin and it was so comfortable. This was our second time staying at the Denver East/Strasburg KOA and we will definitely stay again.

This is a well maintained campground with fairly clean amenities but very close to I-70. Good pull thrus for larger rigs and readily accessible off the interstate. My only cautionary warning is if you have a pop-up camper or primitive tent camping intentions, bring your ear plugs because the interstate is quite loud.

Very easy to get into, even with big rigs. Staff was really nice. It's right off I70 but I didn't notice the hwy noise.
