Your hosts were very friendly and helpful. I chatted with one of them a few times. He told me some interestuing places to go. One was the highlight of my trip and i probably would not have gone there without his recommendation. I was , however, annoyed by all the texts about your cafe. I kept text in in case there was something important. Just annoyances.

This was like staying at the Four Seasons of campgrounds! The staff was exceptional and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

As usual the camping was great, I do one draw back this year. We were in one of the sites down by the rear washroom and baths. I didn't realize how small those site are. The neighbor is practically on your site as well. Very little privacy. But the staff were great and friendly and no problems.

Another awesome stay at Custer KOA. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We love it there, it’s been 3 years since our last visit, many improvements made since our last stay. We will be back in the future!

Everyone was very nice, the tent site was good, the gentleman raked it smooth for us. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the area, gave us a map and suggested several things to do. Pool was warm, bouncy pillow the kids enjoyed. Bathrooms were very clean. The cafe was decent priced and the food was great! I liked that they have motion lights so the area was safe and well lit at night.

We had separate reservations for a consecutive 2 night stay. When we checked in, Treva went above and beyond to make it work out so we would not have to move. We were able to have the pull thru full hook up we preferred for both nights. It took a few minutes and her extra effort was greatly appreciated. She knows how to provide customer service. Clean, quiet, well maintained campground.

This is our 6th time staying at Custer KOA so we must like it! Walt, the owner and all of the staff are marvelous and go out of their way to make us feel special and like we are home! The grounds are well kept and clean as well as the buildings. The restrooms and showers are so clean that they gleam! The snack bar and patio are comfortable and inviting. Thank you everyone!

It was a very quiet and calm KOA. John helped us so much! The pool was great! Our kids loved the jumping pillow. Great place with wonderful staff.

Wonderful stay! Great mattresses in the cabin. Clean campgrounds. Fun amenities for the kids. My only suggestion is family bathrooms. When you have little children it is difficult to get them cleaned and ready in such a small shower. Plus then it takes up so much space for others that need the shower.

Great staff, property clean and well taken care of, breakfast is good and not as expensive as other places in town, they deliver firewood to your site, firewood and ice fairly priced, many types of RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our RV site was pretty level, but our fir pit and picnic table was not. We booked late so we got the last minute availability only. Playground is nice and we felt safe.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We even had to switch cabins during our stay, due to availability at reservations, the front desk and cleaning team got right on it to expedite the move. Lucy recommended a great place to fish, our group did well with fishing, my granddaughter even caught her first trout, pretty exciting for a 6-1/2 year old. Thanks Custer KOA. Wish we had more time.

Really amazing KOA. The hosts were the absolute best. Great store. In the morning, you could order breakfast and eat at the indoor dining or on the patio. I understand they sometimes offer dinners. It was a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Lots for kids to do too.

There was a problem with one of the hookups upon our arrival, but the staff resolved the issue immediately and we were set up soon after that. Excellent KOA and we recommend a highly.

Out of an almost 3 week journey across multiple states; staying at all KOA's, the staff here were the best out of all. Very friendly and kind. Very accommodating. Nice quiet clean facility. Well shaded which was nice because we don't like staying in "parking lot" campgrounds. We will be back!

Staff was super welcoming and helpful. When we had an issue with a runaway jeep they were right there to assist us getting it out from where it landed. Little cafe was wonderful after a long day too! The only thing that could have been better was a more level site. We sat tilted to one side without a way to right our selves as our leveling system decided to quit on us for this visit.

Very nice staff, helpful & accommodating. The cabins and facility were very clean & well taken care of. We would stay there again! It would be nice for the store to stay open until at least 9 though, but it’s not a deal breaker. :).

Arrange for bathroom maintenance more often—very clean just needed soap dispensers filled and trash emptied more often. Wider stalls would be helpful Buffalo Cafe was great! Food was very good! Hire staff to have it available all 7 days Kabin was clean and nice! Been at this KOA MANY times and always enjoy! Appreciated fire pit spark protector cover. Very friendly staff!

One of the nicest KOA’s around. People are friendly, the grounds are immaculate, and nicely quiet. This will be our go-to campground every time we visit the area. Great little cafe too! The grandson loved the cheese curds ���

I’d like to give this a 5 rating because it’s an awesome facility with some great staff…especially John and Janny and most other staff. We’d also stayed here last year and enjoyed it. This year did not get off to a good start. The woman who checked us in was rude and condescending over confusion on our reservation that was not our fault. We also ended up with a different cabin configur

The best! The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well cared for. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close enough to town and sights, yet far enough to be peaceful. Highly recommend this KOA

I was there two nights. The cabin, showers, and office ares and, well just everywhere, was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. I’m so glad I took the opportunity to stay there.

The staff were friendly and offered excellent service and suggestions. Loved the pool, the location is close to all activities. Some sites are a little small and the front restrooms/showered need to be expanded for handicap use and adults with small children.

We had a great time staying here. The owners were very nice and made great site seeing suggestions and routes to take. Without question, the best place to camp/rv in the area. Can't wait to come back.

This KOA was the best KOA we've ever stayed in. What made the difference for us was the staff. They went out of their way to provide the best customer service we've experienced at any campground in our travels. The icing on the cake for us was when the gentleman delivered our firewood to us in his pajamas. Having said that, it wasn't for the wonderful attire, it was that he did this with a smile even though we had not arrived back to the campground until well after the office was closed and it was already dark. This KOA is beautiful and has all the amenities that a traveller could ask for. It is located within a half hour drive of so many of the attractions in the area. We'll be back and we're hoping to have the same gracious and friendly staff to greet us again.

I can not say enough amazing things about this KOA the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay an amazing one I would go back in a heart beat and highly recommend
