From US 24: Take CO 67 south approximately 12 miles. Turn left onto CR 81 towards Victor. Campground will be on the left approximately 1/2 mile.
From Cripple Creek: Take CO 67 north approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto CR 81 towards Victor. Campground will be on left approximately 1/2 mile.

Trachyte Knob trail is about 2 miles long, and is accessible through a gate at tent site 11. Breathtaking 360 degree views of the area if you make it to the top!
Our wide open location on the westward facing hill makes for great views of the sunsets and excellent stargazing after dark.
We have 2 play structures onsite at the top and bottom of the hill.
Cornhole, volleyball, basketball, gaga ball, horseshoes, tetherball, and all sorts of sport balls are available for your use.
