I paid for a premium site, but the site was very uneven and the fire pit was shared with another camper, which was awkward for both of us so neither used it. Site was very close to the one on other side. Bathrooms not accessible as there is a 6 inch step up into the shower and no hand grips. Overall, I would stay for an overnight as it is pretty well-maintained and quiet, even though is near I75.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm sorry but your site(#50)is 38ft wide 60ft long. It has it's own firepit and table. My showers are a four inch step through and do not have handgrips. I'll look into getting some. Our park has it's problems but site width is not one of them. I believe your reviewing another park Thanks, Bob

This was my second stay. It's a great halfway stop on the way to Florida for us. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate. Great stopover. Owners were very responsive to messages, and after hours check in was a breeze. Thanks! We'll definitely be back. Very easy to get on/off the interstate.

The camphosts were great people. The park is very clean and fur the most park very quiet. There's a flight school nearby and the planes flew low but once you got used to it you didn't even notice them. Nice store. I'm fully self-cintained do I didn't use the bathrooms ir showers. The price was great.

Great Journey stop. Owners were very friendly. Easy in and out from the highway. Quiet at night but we stopped middle of the week. Had the basics of what was needed for a quick overnight stay.

We have used this KOA for years and the staff is always been friendly, helpful and accomodating. They are also improving this campground and we notice it everytime we stop here on our way to Florida or are returning to Ohio, and the sites are level and wide, making it easy to pull though. It's also close and convenient to I-75 going North or South.Great people & great sites. Can't beat it!

Perfect place to stay for a larger motorhome. All of the sites are level and clean. We had an issue with our motorhome so we had to use the showers which were very clean and great to use. The people there were very friendly and helped us no matter what we needed. Would look to stay here again when traveling.

We really liked this campground. Big sites, shady and flat. Wish the pool was working. It wasn't filled with water but it sure was hot out. We would have definitely used it. Park employees were very friendly. Close to the highway but never heard any traffic noise. We sure would stay again.

Stayed there often and found it to be the best the last 2 times we stayed there...soo much cleaner and well kept...you have an great manager keep him!!!

Excellent customer service. The manager and his wife run a clean park, level sites and they are so nice. We stayed overnight on our way to another destination. Easy on and off the hwy

The sites were clean, arranged well, and easy to get in and out of. Best of all, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there for a quick overnight stay but we will definitely return to this KOA.

Simple campground that is being upgraded. Bathrooms are dated but SUPER CLEAN! Some of the best customer service we have encountered in a while. We stayed in cabin 67, and it was very clean! We enjoyed the cable TV and air conditioning! And, what campground gives you free firewood?!?!?! This one! We even enjoyed the grill they provided. As far as the gnats...you are in Georgia. They sell a gnat repellant in small spray bottles. It works better than anything we have ever tried! We would totally stay again.

The ataff at the campground was very attentive. The campground was clean and well kept. Its close proximity to the interstate was great.
