Cancellation Policy

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee equal to a one night stay, will be forfeited for all holiday or festival weekend cancellations. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Halloween Weekends (First two weekends in October)
Extended stay reservations are subject to a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

National Cancellation Guideline:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 513-932-7717 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

  • RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Camping Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.
  • Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: These units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA campground location when making your reservations.
  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
  • Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 to rent a campsite, cabin or rental unit.

Check In & Out

Check in time for RV or Tent sites: 1 PM

Check in time for Cabins: 4 PM

Check out for RV sites: 12:00 (noon)

Check out for Cabins is 11:00 AM

It is not necessary to notify the office when leaving... Have a safe trip home.

Late check out requests may be granted in the off peak seasons only and is subject to a $5 per hour fee.

Sorry no late check outs in the peak season.

Sewer Connection

Sewer adapters must be used when connecting to our sewer system. Never stick your hose directly into a sewer connection, be sure to utilize a threaded elbow or rubber sewer gasket. Hoses without these connectors may go in too far and block the flow in the sewer lines causing a messy backup. Unsealed connections also allow sewer gasses and odors to escape.

Children

Please supervise your children and teens at all time, Playground closes at dusk. Do not allow children and teens to wander/ride bikes during quiet time.

Swimming Pool Info

Our swimming pool hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily (Memorial Day-Labor Day, may extend if weather permitting).

The pool will close anytime thunder can be heard or if severe weather is imminent. The pool will reopen 30 minutes after the threat has passed.

You must be at least 13 years old to swim without an adult.

No Pets permitted inside the pool fence.

No smoking inside the pool fence.

Please observe all posted rules and safety signs.

Bikes and Scooters

Bikes and scooters are welcome but must follow traffic patterns, not be ridden on the foot bridge or sidewalks and be put away at dark unless equipped with lights.

Gas powered scooters, dirt bikes and ATV'S are not permitted.

Golf Carts

Golf carts may be brought and only operated by licensed drivers 16yrs and up. Proof of insurance must be provided.

Garbage Disposal/ Recycling

We offer curbside trash pickup April 1st-October 31st between the hours of 9am & 7pm daily. Securely tie up your garbage and place it near the road, our staff will take it away for you.  Please do not leave trash out overnight.

Garbage after hours or during the winter months should be taken directly to one of our dumpsters.

Recycling can be taken directly to the recycling container near the maintenance barn, for a list of recyclable items please ask the office staff.

Cable TV

Cable TV is provided free on all campsites, a coaxial cable is required to connect and is available for purchase in the General Store.

Wireless Internet

Free WiFi is available throughout the park.

After Hours Emergency?

We can be reached for after hours emergencies at (513)932-7717, option 4. This number should not be used for minor issues that can be addressed during normal office hours.

For fire, medical or criminal activity call 911 first.

Prohibited

Fireworks of any kind, this includes snaps, sparklers, and Chinese lanterns.

Openly carried firearms, archery equipment, BB guns, airsoft gun, or paintball guns.

Pets

All Dogs must be on a visible leash when outside of your camping unit. Kamp K-9 is a fenced dog area that is available to you to allow your four legged friend a place to run free.

Always pick up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.

Do not allow your dogs barking to annoy others, if barking becomes disruptive you may be asked to remove your pet from our park.

If you have a pet that is aggressive towards other animals or people please do not bring them.

Pets at not permitted in any rental unit or inside the pool fence.

Visitors

Visitors are always welcome. There is a small visitor fee for anyone 5 years old and up. All non-registered vehicles & guests must stop at the office and get a car pass. The number of visitors and/or vehicles allowed per campsite may be restricted during especially busy weekends and may include holiday/event weekends. The registered guest will be held responsible for their visitors' actions. Visiting hours are from 9 am-9 pm.

Courteousness

Camping at an RV park is a community experience, please be a good neighbor. Refrain from walking thru other occupied campsites, keep music and TV volumes at a level that doesn't disturb others, teach children good camping etiquette and always respect others especially during quiet hours (11pm-8am)

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking aged adults. If you must leave your site with alcohol in your hand, it must be covered. Drunk, loud, obnoxious behavior, or fighting is never tolerated.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are strictly enforced between 11:00pm and 8:00am.

Firewood/Fire rings

Firewood can be purchased at our General Store. Do not cut standing trees or brush.

Please do not move fire rings, or burn anything other than firewood or charcoal. Fire rings are not trash cans.

Vehicles/Parking

Rates include one vehicle per campsite. If you should need to bring an additional vehicle there is a $2.00 per day charge that will be added to your stay.

Please park vehicles only on the gravel on your assigned site, do not park on the grass. Sites which appear to be vacant may have a reservation and should not be used as parking. Additional parking is located throughout the park.

Speed limit is 5mph.

In 1969 Oliver and Carrie Hill had a dream of opening and operating their own campground. Little did they know that in 2005 two of their grandchildren, Stacie and Jeremiah would purchase the park and carry on their dream. Jeremiah, his wife Sarah and their then 4 year old daughter Maggie packed up and moved from Williamstown, Kentucky to the town of Lebanon. Stacie already located in Ohio moved onto the property as well and the rest is history…
