Beautiful weekend! The grounds are nice, bathrooms need a facelift but are clean. Steps to beach too steep for our old dog. :(.

Had to make phone reservation because it was late/same day reservation. The lady was super busy checking people in, she was VERY friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay. Facilities clean and well supplied. Wonderful location.

Beautiful campground! We showed up unannounced and they had a spot available that later that evening had a power issue. The camp owner personally came to look and verify the issue, and then move us to one of the deluxe spots. Friendly, quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone (especially if you have children).

Beautiful coastal forested venue. Great point from which we explored southwest Washington and northwest Oregon coasts. Dad enjoyed some strawberry ice cream from the KOA store/office. BJ, Dad’s dachshund, enjoyed the Dog Walk area—woof! This was our second time camping at the Bay Center KOA. New owners—friendly staff. This was the friendliest KOA we have ever stayed at. The sites are large. It had many activities for children. They have pizza and ice-cream, on our particular stay they offered waffles in the morning. All of the food can be delivered to your site.

Pros and Cons: Pros-Beautiful Campground in a quiet location. Clean bathrooms and showers. Amazing beach access, but not for swimming, more for walking along the shores at low tide and digging for clams. Great staff!!! Cons-super slow WIFI and very limited TV channels. I was not able to use the sewer at my site because the elevation hookup was too high and caused my hose to backup.

Our site was unacceptable, without a hint of privacy. The dog run apparently doubles as a postage stamp. The camp host ( owner?) treats campers as children. We did not need to be guided to our spot when it is clearly visible from the office. Also the barrage of text beyond annoying. We were informed that the more secluded sites and beach access was unavailable due to brush clearing.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We upgraded you from a back in water/electric site to a deluxe pull through patio site w/ full hook ups at no charge. This was due closing a large area for safety. We escort all guests to there site. We would have look into moving your site to something you liked better if you informed us of this.

We were greeted with happy hello's and local information. The campground had all the amenities we wanted in a beautiful location. Easy access to nearby towns and sites of interest. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kim

in a very remote area, in an enchanted woods, there is this lovely place. Very clean and friendly. There is a path, thru the woods, to the beach which is by itself a spooky beach... looks like the end of the world... but very interesting.

We love this quiet well maintained camp ground. I appreciate the kids activities and they loved the jump pad this year! We love going clamming on the beach and that the kids can run around and enjoy themselves because of the smaller size of the park. We look forward to coming back next year!

The campground was wonderful. It was clean and the sites were great. We were in an RV site with water/elec & sewer hook up this was fantastic! The staff was extra special, they were super friendly, courteous, kind with much patience. The campground had two great areas for children to play - our grandchildren loved it. We simply cannot say anything negative about our experience. We will return

The park and sites are woodsy and nice with good beach access via stairs. My complaint is that upon arrival I was billed a rate increase of $30 plus $5 pet fee for cats that don’t leave the RV. After speaking to the manager, I was told the rate increase was due to inflation. He removed the pet fee and adjusted $24 from the rate of $109 for one night. No other KOA has ever changed my prepaid rate

As was mentioned we had to adjust prices due to the rise of inflation. Like all reservations, prices are subject to change. This is mentioned at the time of booking and on your confirmation email. We did our best to work with you and accommodate your needs.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Its very family and pet friendly -which I think most KOA's are and that is why people stay there. Our deluxe site with table and chairs and bar-b-q was nice to have. The cement pad also. We will be back in the spring.

Staff was super nice & helpful. Site was pretty roomy & nice. Internet was terrible & we could not load anything. Stairs to the beach on the lower portion was super steep & dangerous. Campground was very loud & on Sunday there was a leaf blower clearing off the Jump pad, which was very loud. Families love this place because of all the activities. During the summer we host events & activies for all guests to enjoy. Labor Day weekend is always a very busy time. We are working on new stairs. We had to blow of the rain water from the jump pad to dry it out to make it safe for everyone to enjoy. We can find a quieter site for your next stay.

Camp host very nice and helpful, but no sewer hookup at site. I would stay again EXCEPT for the $110. PER NIGHT. Outrageous.

The managers Brian and Erica were very welcoming. Helped us get adjusted with parking our trailer when we checked in late. Clean bathroom and showers. Outside kitchen sink for all to use. There are $3 equipment rentals for clamming, the bay was a short walk. They were great about informing people of the different events happening on the premises; I appreciate the texts of what time an event was being held and where to meet. They had saturday movie night (free), $7 beer tasting, jump pad for kids, clamming group meetup, etc. I love that they offered local vendor deals via text; for example "$20 pizza + drinks; please reply if you want to order;" or "1 dozen oysters for $15." Let me tell you, the oysters were definitely worth it! I've already told people about this place and we will be back again.

The management at this KOA is STELLAR. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, the store is well stocked, and the location can't be beat. What I really enjoyed about our stay were all the little thoughtful extras that the hosts offered including a wine tasting (small fee) and a movie night. We will be returning customers for sure!

Surprised the wife and kids with a Mother Day trip and was floored by the amazing Managers Brian and Erica! They were incredible and accommodating. Brian literally took the shirt off his back when we went clamming and my 5 year old decided to splash around rather than clam and was a bit chilly. They hosted awesome events all day Saturday like: chalkzone (sidewalk chalk drawing), ice cream social where the ice cream was just $1 per scoop, a wine night, and movie night. They were so good and incredible and I would go stay at any site they manage. We were provided a clean comfortable cabin and this will be an annual family vacation for sure!!
