After spending years in jobs that were high stress and low reward, Steve was getting burnt out quickly. That was until some friends, Joel and Lydia Fodor, offered for him to work at their KOA campground in Ludington, Michigan. With the support of his wife and kids, Steve packed up and headed from his hometown in Longview, Washington, to Michigan for an amazing summer. While there, the Fodor's friends, Ken and Iris, reached out and offered to sell the Bay Center, WA KOA. The Fodors were excited for this opportunity since they have family in the area. So they asked Steve to move back home and manage this amazing campground. Now with low stress and high rewards, Steve is happy to be working in a place where he used to play as a kid, the Washington Coast. He looks forward to meeting all the guests and creating new memories for families to talk about for years to come.
