Very laid back peaceful there is a lot of freeway noise but doesn't bother us at all kids loved it dogs loved it great location for offroad camping my second time camping and brought friends and they loved it definitely will camp again and recommend to others

other than the bathroom keypads being vandalized and the billiards cue sticks and balls being broken, the campgrounds are clean & well maintained. Easy access to off roading. we loved the cabana areas with picnic tables out in the north end, we had young kids riding quads so we were able to sit and monitor them. the staff in the office/store are all very helpful and friendly.

Main reason for staying at this KOA is that it had internet. I even asked about it when I booked my spot and told for sure they had internet. However, I never was able to connect. I even noticed it appears everyone has their own internet.

Excellent, site drained well, used laundry, needs some tlc, store was socked and managed well, refilled propane and attendant was very helpful... excellent service from staff..

Only one night passing through. Have stayed there in the past. Very easy on/off the freeway. Wish the trees were trimmed a little more so we could get satellite reception.

Brrrrr! Showers were only luke warm, changed my mind about washing my hair, hats work. LOL. Loved the size of Kamp K9! If you could put a solar light, that gives it a little more light at dark time, it would be easier to find the deposits. Went back the next morning and found them. Overall, it’s a great place.

Was a very nice park, clean and neat, though there was no hot water in back showers and shower not heated. Did tell a maintenance man about it.

Park was OK. Had all of the amenities you expect. Roads around the park were rough and could get level at the sight. Everything at the sight worked fine

Highway 15 was a bit loud, but the campground is super nice! Beautiful athel pines, amazing view from the back of the campground, and a fantastic camp K9! Our dogs actually got to run in it instead of just sniff around!

We've stayed several times...usually only one night. The showers were very nice. Grounds seemed tidy. Will definitely stay again, if on our travel route.

Perfect stop over on my way to Palm Desert for the Winter. Easy access off and on the Interstate 15, Very nice reception, every thing was easy, including Drive Thru site so I did not have to unhook my Tow Vehicle. Will definitely stay again.

Called about availability and price. When we arrived price was higher. Camp spot was located so close to freeway we might as well have stayed in a truck stop. Noisy miserable stay, there were many open spots at back of campground but we were assigned spot near freeway. Suspect it had something to do with complaining about the bait and switch camp price. Never again.

Great place with a store to buy goodies.Good for over night. Only one thing I didn’t like was the parking. Some of The larger rigs towing were blocking half the roadway. We had to back out of our site to leave the campground.

Our cabin slept 5 people & were only allowed 2 shower towels, when I asked for 2 more, I was told they didn't have extras for us. The lady at the front desk was not friendly & seemed annoyed anytime I had a question. Our cabin smelt like sewer & none of the kitchen items were clean. Our hot water ran out within 3 minutes of showering. All tv channels were staticky & the blankets were disgusting.

WE had a great time. bathrooms were pretty clean, the only complaint with the bathroom was the stalls needed more hooks to hang towels and clean garments.

We spent one night at BARSTOW/CALICO KOA on our way back from Zion to LA. It is a very nice, clean campground with very kind and helpful personnel. We were surprised by the scenic surroundings and the many sights nearby. If we'd known that, we might have stayed a little bit longer. And yes, there is the Interstate nearby. But the noise is rather comparable to the distant sound of the sea.
