An oasis in the Badlands

The Badlands / White River KOA lies just 4 miles from Badlands National Park. Tabletop buttes and craggy bluffs rise from the nation's largest protected mixed-grass prairie. This awe-inspiring landscape features a rich fossil bed and trails ranging from easy strolls to strenuous hikes. Biking and ranger programs offer ways to savor this natural wonder. This campground is in a quiet, rural setting with large shade trees beside the White River. Guests enjoy many amenities including a swimming pool, fun-bike rentals, mini golf and a large pet park. Indian tacos and pancake breakfasts are served Memorial Day through Labor Day. Choose from Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, shaded tent sites or tent sites with water and electric. Free Wi-Fi!
