Was very nice to have a pool to cool off and the trees to provide shade. The manager was very friendly and helpful to our needs

Very pleased with the site overall. Tho in the extreme temputes of the day I was surprised to fined the pool so cold & so much tree remains all around the pool area. Ground was very sticky too I assume from the trees. Shower was awesome the last Shower stall the head had the ability to be set to massage spray which was so relaxing. Stall doors need some work they stick way to much in opening.

Great sites with trees. The only downside was the pool was closed during normal hours even though no storms in the area. Very clean restrooms and laundry.

Very nice campground. Oasis in west Texas. Stayed overnight in a travel trailer. Sites level, good utilities, BBQ grill, some shade. Friendly staff. Some noise from interstate. Overall a very nice campground.

First the staff all were super nice and friendly. The park was very well kept. The showers and bath rooms were super clean, and the laundry room area was so nice. The pool was great our grandson loved it and had a blast. Will most definitely stay here again!

Great campground! Easy in easy out, beautiful and well kept. Patio with table and chairs was an extra bonus.

The office people were wonderful. However, the park was nearly empty and we were put in between the only campers on a whole row. I see this all the time at koas and wonder why don’t they spread us out? Just wondering.

It's an OK KOA, nothing special. FYI, even though there is cable listed in the 2022 KOA directory, they DO NOT have cable anymore......

Only RV park in Abilene that has mature trees. Clean and well kept.

Check in people were friendly and nice. Campground itself needed a little work. Laundry and restrooms were fine. Many of the people there were long term folks and so we were kind out of the main area by ourselves, which was fine. We were only 1 of 2 RVs there. All others were trailers - most long term.

Excellent facilities! The two young men on staff that Saturday afternoon/evening were very good and showed keen interest in their customers. Kudos to those young men!

The office staff was very friendly and quick during checkin. The grounds were clean and presentable. It was our 2nd time to stay at this KOA and I would stay here again.

We had such a pleasant experience out first time here that we made it our go-to passing back thru on our trip. Again, the staff were super friendly and helped me understand the KOA Rewards program. Clean, quiet place.

Would have been a 5 except for the people next to us in spot #57 that set up an outside dog kennel and their barking dogs woke us up at 6 am and continued to bark at passers-by until we left at 7 am

We always stay here. Everyone is so friendly they treat you like family! Clean yard restrooms always clean nice to take a nice big shower on our stay.

It's a clean campground with a nice pool. The tap water provided at the sites comes out boiling hot though. Which I guess is good if you don't have a water heater and want a warm shower.

Even though we only stayed one night we would return for a longer visit. The park was neat, clean and well kept. Check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful.

Nice enough for a night or two, or longer if you don't mind a little highway noise and the occasional sound of a B1B taking off or landing in the distance. The Good: Clean bath/shower rooms with enough pressure and temp for a good hot shower. Nice little playground for the little kids. Nice little dog park for the furry family members. Good sized sites, level and hard pack/paved (we were in a pull thru) and full hookups. Nice laundry room with competitive pricing $3.50 for a wash and dry as of this writing. There's also a little book and "stuff" exchange area in the corner of the laundry room. The staff are friendly and jovial. The Meh: Cell coverage (we have Verizon and ATT with a WeBoost) and wifi coverage is poor to spotty, with the wifi being non-existent further back in campground. Highway noise and the lights from the motel next door are noticeable if you're in the front of the park. If you're planning to stay for a while, ask for a spot in the back of the park. If you need propane, get it prior to arrival as theirs is out of service and has been for at least a couple of months (we stopped here in February and it was out of service then, it's now April)...not sure if they have any plans to bring it back online or not. Overall: The good far outweighs the meh and this is a good stop along I-20 if you need to rest for a spell.

Great campsite! We stayed for one night, everything was ready for us whenever we got there, the bathrooms were extremely clean and heated/air conditioned! The dog park was super clean as well! We choose a pull through site and it was super easy and convenient! Only downfall was the wifi wasn't the best, but we are camping, so.
