Meet Your Hosts A love for diversity and a thirst for a different lifestyle were the main reasons Al and Susan Dynarski chose to purchase the Casper KOA. "Not only were we in search of a different phase in our lives, we were ready to meet people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We were ready to embark on the next big journey," said Susan. Overseeing a successful campground would be just the way to do it. Before they purchased the campground, Al was employed as a software engineer and Susan, a divisional operations and events manager for a non-profit trade association. Although they enjoyed their jobs, donning KOA yellow would allow them to combine their skills and work side-by-side as they had in years past. "We wanted to provide a hospitable and enjoyable experience to our guests. Purchasing a KOA campground was a great way to achieve this dream," said Al. They will maintain their goal by always keeping their customer service philosophy in mind: The three "Keep's." "Keep the campground clean, keep the customers smiling, and keep delivering the experience that the customers desire," says Susan. When Al and Susan have free time, they enjoy auto road racing, snorkeling, and bicycling. Al enjoys woodworking and amateur radio, and Susan loves photography as well.
