Hixton / Alma Center KOAOur Reservation PoliciesKOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines: A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation. Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-2680 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee: Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Campground Cancellation Policy: All holiday weekends are a three night minimum and require a two weeks notice prior to reservation date to cancel to obtain a refund of all but the $10.00 service fee. CRANBERRY FESTIVAL-ALL Reservations require a 30 Day Notice to cancel to receive all of your deposit less $10.00 Rifle Deer Season all sites require a 30 day notice to cancel. Kabins must be paid in full before arrival date. If you cancel after 30 days prior to arrival date there will be NO REFUND. Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome! Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines. Before You Go:
