The friendly new owners of Harrisonburg/Shenandoah Valley KOA invite you to visit their quiet, rustic, family-owned campground. There is easy off/on access, being just over 3 1/2 miles from exit 257 at I-81 (just follow the signs). This KOA is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, shaded by an oak and pine tree canopy. It is big rig friendly with pull-thru sites, secluded tenting areas, and kamping kabins. You can enjoy warm days and cool nights nestled at the base of the Massanutten Mountain. A short drive brings you to wineries, antiques, caverns, Civil War battlefields, canoeing, Skyline Drive, James Madison University, Massanutten Ski Resort and an Indoor Water Park. Lounge by the heated pool, fish our stocked pond or explore our mountain-biking/hiking trail that leads into the George Washington National Forest. Enjoy the free 9 hole mini-golf, ping pong, horseshoes, basketball, playground, tetherball court, game room and large pet run. In season we have ‘HEY’ rides, Saturday night pizza delivery, ice cream socials, pancake breakfasts and nightly family movies. We have a full service kamp store, free Wi-Fi, propane, firewood, 24 hour laundry, and immaculate bathrooms.
