Local Area Rail Trails

Kokosing Gap Trail - 13.2 mile paved trail from Mt. Vernon to Danville. This shady trail runs along the Kokosing River, through a wooded ravine, wetlands and scenic farmland. Highly recommended for biking, walking and rollerblading.

Richland B. & O. Trail - 18.3 mile paved trail from Butler to Mansfield runs through picturesque farmland and crosses the Clear Fork Mohican river five times.
