Topeka / Capital City KOAMeet Your Hosts "We take great pride in our kampground," say owners Charles and Linda Reaser. "It's our baby. We built it from the ground up." Their pride shows in the restored, turn-of-the-century barn and throughout the kampground. Before becoming KOA Kampground owners, Charlie worked as a warehouseman and Linda was a baker; they also owned a mobile concession business. So how did they come to the campground business? "We both grew up in families who were active in camping, and we have fond memories of it. We love the outdoors. We enjoy the folks who camp with us - campers are truly special people. We feel blessed to raise our children in this type of an atmosphere," say the Reasers. "We feel we have the best job in the world: being around all the friendly campers. Our philosophy is to treat our campers the way we would want to be treated. We have a small staff that shares our views of making everyone's stay a GREAT one!" When they aren't taking care of their campers, Charlie enjoys motorcycle riding and Linda loves her miniature horses. Together, they like to travel with their family, cruising in their own RV.
