Very nice campground. Paved roads, large campsites, great private showers with toilet and sink. Great activities for kids with a train ride and lots of play equipment.

We had an amazing time!! We enjoyed camping there!! Our campsite was beautiful and spacious!! We really enjoyed being among all the trees!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and they were so friendly!! We had so much fun with all of the kid’s activities!!! Thank you for the good coffee every morning!!! Thank you for all your hard work to make it so special

Our guide that took us to our site just pointed as he drove by, could have been a little more helpful. The amount of firewood you get for seven dollars is ridiculous.

Our stay at TC KOA was great! It was close enough to the towns we wanted to visit. The park was clean and had great amenities! It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was friendly as always at each KOA we visit. We will definitely stay here again!

After having traveled for 10-12 yr with campers in campgrounds (many of them KOAs), Traverse City ranks up in the top 2, possibly the best we e encountered. The owners/staff were as courteous and helpful as they could be. The place was run as efficiently as it could have been!

All was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Nice train ride for kids. Campground was clean and maintained. Only issue would be some campers not looking at rules but that isn't a campground problem, but maybe an employee could periodically tour the campground and any campers that are breaking a rule remind them of that or make it aware to them.

Friendly staff. Just wish you still provided the options of getting linens. We were halfway there when we realized we didn't bring any towels so we had to go and buy some anyways. Also packing blankets and pillows takes up room in the car when you already have to bring other things. I stayed here before and purchased the linen package and it made things a lot easier.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the TC KOA. The campground was quiet and just a peaceful place to stay for the weekend. The workers around the campground and in the store were so friendly.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 dogs for 10 days. I had some issues with the neighbors which was addressed promptly. The grounds are very clean and charming. We enjoyed exploring different areas of Michigan everyday plenty to see near by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was our first time at a KOA and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, fun kids activities, all around good vibe. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is it is next to a somewhat busy road so we heard traffic throughout the night.

Wonderful stay at TC KOA! Very family friendly, fun campground! This was our second year camping there with friends and we will definitely be back!

Everything was great! Restrooms, grounds and amenities were all kept clean and tended to with care. Play areas for kids were absolutely great and overall the campground felt really safe. The only thing we were disappointed in was that there was no recycling at the campground. With as much trash is generated, it seems that there would be a dumpster to facilitate recycling. Excellent stay overall.

Enjoyed our stay there. We had a great lot close to the nice clean bathrooms. The Campground had a nice swimming pool and lots to do for little kids.

Just a one night stay but found all facilities to be well maintained and clean. The pool was heated and the WiFi worked really well.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is very close to a noisy freeway. Therefore the sound of cars was much more dominant than the sounds of nature. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We had a great stay! My daughter loved the bouncy pad and playground. Everything was clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

We always enjoy coming here. I liked our site until we had a severe thunderstorm and it flooded. We were completely under water. I understand that you can't control the weather. Prior to the flooding, the area behind our site was covered in dog poop. I know that others need to pick up after their pets but this is something you may want to check out after people with pets leave.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. I loved the fact that someone actually led us to our campsite instead of going it alone. We did have a small problem, but the KOA staff were great in getting everything worked out. We would definitely stay here again. Super kid friendly and lot of kid friendly options available.

Our stay was exceptional! Consistently year after year we come to a clean, very well maintained campground. I love that rules and policies are enforced so there is always order. I particularly like that noise curfews are enforced so we don't have to worry about disturbances for our young kids who go to bed early. Thank you for an enjoyable stay leading to a much needed vacation!

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
