Deluxe cabin was perfect. Bathroom was big enough and we loved having the larger fridge and coffee maker.

Every one was very friendly, the campgrounds, bathroom, laundry room were clean. The pool is well kept. The staff goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff goes above and beyond. They were all so friendly and helpful. The pool and bathrooms were clean. The kids loved the bounce pads, the train and had so much fun doing the rock mining (you buy the sand in the store). I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone. It’s definitely family friendly, no loud partying, the staff patrols in the evenings to ensure quiet time is being followed.

Everyone we met from check in, to getting wood, to people in their golf carts, to housekeepers were warm and welcoming. We were impressed with the cleanliness and loved being taken to our cabin. Anything in the cabin I wished you had like hooks by the main bed or by the bunks were already there. Thanks for a great stay!

We always have a very nice stay. The staff is always super friendly and there for your needs. We have stayed at the Buckley K.O.A. for many years and we will continue to return there because of that. It is a kid/adult friendly campground with lots of fun things to do along with some great amenities.

Clean quiet and friendly. A lot to do for families with children. Also, very well located relative to attractions in the area. Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes NP, Leland, Frankfort all a short drive away.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had a patio site near the back of the campground, very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the RC track and it was great to order firewood to be delivered directly to our campsite. There are not a lot of food options very close to the campground so having food like pizza at the campground would have been great and a propane grill on the patio sites would have been preferred.

The site was great, nice and shaded and the play area for kids was great. Park seemed smaller than other KOA's and very open in the middle. Also the power went out and we had no water, which wasn't great since we didn't have our tank filled and when I called the office they were less than helpful. Not very friendly either.

Great for families of all ages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean pool, restrooms and laundry room. The sites were awesome and had trees for shade, nice tables and fire pits.

Staff is very friendly. We arrived after the office closed. We were able to charge my credit card for wood and it was delivered to our site prior to arriving. Outstanding customer service

Had a great time, nice people, clean and lots of activities for kids. Only down fall was the campground lost power and they did not have a back up generator to run the well pump for shower. A small inconvenience but would be a good thing to have for any future power outages.

Had fun swimming, golfing, and having a campfire. We walked around the loop and talked to neighbors. Made s’mores. It reminded me of being in the Upper Peninsula when we had a thunderstorm and the power and water couldn’t be used. We checked out area restaurants and scenic places of interest.

Very clean and well organized campground. Rustic cabins need deeper cleaning/dusting behind the beds/furniture…lots of old spider webs � otherwise very clean overall, clean bathrooms/showers and great staff. Appreciate the light was left on for us when we arrived late at our cabin! �

We loved our spot with the cement patio and table with chairs outside. My husband loved the glider. We had out two year old granddaughter and she loved the playground. The bathrooms and shower areas very clean and that’s a plus for sure. Staff very nice when checking in. Loved that they took us right to our site. Definitely will be back with more family members.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
