We had the best time at Sweetwater KOA! The grounds were clean and well maintained. The facilities were always clean and there was plenty of fun thing to do for our kids. The staff was amazing an went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely be back again!

This was our KOA and camping experience with our two children and it was amazing! We had so much fun and cannot wait to come back again. They had very friendly staff and clean bathrooms! I would recommend a stay to everyone!

Every aspect of Sweetwater KOA was first class. Staff : friendly and helpful Campgrounds :clean, organized, and well maintained Camp site: had all the amenities to make our tent camping excellent

The campground itself was ok minus the mosquitoes, However the staff ended up being unfriendly. We use cloth diapers and accidentally left one in the game lounge, which the staff understandably threw away. My wife asked an employee about going to retrieve it, and instead the employee went to get it which would seem nice but she was so rude about it we almost left immediately. We won’t be back.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This is very surprising, as our staff felt when you asked them to retrieve a diaper out of the garbage. You mistook suprise for rudeness. Not sure why the diaper was left in our game room when we have appropriate places for changing diapers. Tent campers in summer expect mosquitoes and come prepared

The Service was superb...above and beyond the expectation. So very helpful and accommodating. The facility was wonderful for me and my 3 grandchildren, ages 6, 4, and 2! We tent camped. Firewood was delivered to us with super easy fire starter kit, so we could cook hotdogs and then marshmallows for s'mores! The pool and pancake breakfast were awesome. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay. The Staff are friendly and courteous. The place is clean. The only improvement I would like to see, since I ride a motorcycle, is 1) to pave the entire roadway system. The exit road is gravel, and makes it a bit challenging for a 2 wheeler. 2) Fix the 2 big potholes at the Entrance/Exit to the Complex.

We stayed in a tent site with power and water available. The showers and bathrooms were really nice and the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed being able to just sit down and relax after the day's drive. It was quiet and comfortable and allowed for some privacy. I would certainly stay here again.

As always, this is an amazing KOA, people are always friendly and willing to help. The facilities are immaculate. I will be looking to book again next year, possibly I’m going to a cabin versus a tent site but time will tell. Again, thank you for my wonderful vacation at your facility.

My only suggestion is to have showers, with easier handicap accessibility. Otherwise, excellent accommodations, food delivery, and safe!

we had T-4 tent site. Was great place to tent. Very quiet back away from most other campers but close to pool, store, game room, fish pond, ! All the workers were great and very very friendly and helped with anything we needed help with . There is wifi water and electric with most camp lots(maybe they all have the water and electric This KOA has great spots to camp by tenet, Rv and a cabin.

This place was pretty amazing. Very nice and helpful staff. The bathrooms/showers were the best! You can tell everyone took pride in their job. Property was very well kept and clean.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They checked on us and our site daily and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even added an additional day to our stay as we enjoyed the experience that much and wanted one more day of memories.

Road noise from I75, and Our tent site, although close to pool was very close to the road so car/trailers passing early were annoying, but over all this KOA is great!

I’m a loyal KOA member, and Sweetwater makes one of my top favorites! Why? First off, all employees are helpful and want to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I stayed 3 nights, and each evening a staff member came around on a golf cart to check on me and see if I needed anything. They even delivered my pizza. Plenty of staff endured an awesome experience. CLEAN and well kept!

Very kid friendly environment! Loved the playground and jump pad. The game/activity room needs improvement. We loved our cabin and the staff were all very kind.

Dori and Jazz were welcoming and helpful. The grounds are laid out beautifully and are well-cared for. The bathroom was sparkling! My site(s) was wonderful - with the exception of the floodlight that comes on after dark; it doesn't work well with tenting. Fortunately I was able to move over to a site further away from the brightness. Thank you for being there!

Loved the T4 tentside--lots of space a kitchen sheter, off by itself with no one around. Will be back in July!

Great RV travel stop. Staff are outstanding. Lots and mostly level and paved. Nice camp store offering a variety of camping necessities and souvenirs. They even over wings and pizza if you are tired and don't want to cook.
