The facilities were a little older but were clean and maintained. The staff was wonderful and always friendly and more than willing to help. Picking the garbage up every morning was a wonderful benefit. We were sorry to leave but hope to return some day.

Good stay in spite of being next to bath house, no shade in that side of the campsite, unusually long connection needed for sewer. Had to buy an extension for the first time ever. Been camping since 1976. Bummer. Upgrade main building. Nice new buildings.

Stayed here while attending Flagler graduation ceremonies. Very friendly staff, clean facilities and quiet atmosphere. Convenient to all St Augustine has to offer. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Great place to stay, clean and well cared for. Great staff , close to beaches and site seeing downtown. Will be back! Originally booked 2 nights, stayed 6!

Open arrival we were immediately greeted by a couple staff members outside. Once inside the ladies at front desk made the check in process easy and were also very friendly and helpful bringing us up to speed on what to do in the area. Great people and a great location! Excellent stay and excellent location. However one comment would be was that our site was very uneven. Entire KOA needs to be regraded and leveled for RV's .

The patio furniture was dated and could use replacing but all in all a very nice stay. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights so we could explore the area and visit a friend. It was very nice. Staff was friendly and our site was comfortable. Very nice pool and having the shuttle there made it perfect!

We were informed by friends to request a site not along the fence. We were fortunate enough to get a pull through. We arrived a day early and were fortunate enough to get in, but it was along the fence line. Little to no space between sites. A tree was in the way we couldn't open our canopy. The staff in the office was wonderful and informative about the area. We loved St. Augustine area.

It is way to crowded and very difficult to maneuver a big trailer in such a cramped space. I suggest widen the roads a bit and make the park a little less crowded and it would be perfect. Easy to get to but hard to maneuver inside the small spaces

Stayed for 5 nights at KOA. Booked last year for a stay after leaving HHI. Easy access. Very good directions on their website. Personable check in staff. Gave awesome recommendations on local restaurants. Guide to our site. Nice laundry services and very clean pool. Easy access to tourist attractions downtown. Trolley picked up from KOA although we didn’t use. Will stay again.

Only our second stay in a KOA, and really not impressed. Basic, overpriced campgrounds. We stayed in a pull through site and had a very small camp area. The rig next to us was right on top of us. The table, chairs, and grill were nice, but I bring all that with me. Bathhouse was older, but clean. Other than check in, staff wasn’t overly nice. Overpriced for what you get.

We have been coming to St. Augustine Beach KOA for several years now and we've seen a lot of improvements to the park. It seemed noisier this time at nights but then we were closer to the office which we don't mind at all. Thanks, and see you next year.

Return trip from 2023. Love this campground. Its location is great for exploring St.Augustine and surrounding area. The sites are clean and many are shaded. Staff is very friendly and the convienence of the Trolley pickup is great.

The only negative I have is your WIFI is very poor other than that I have no complaints! Campground was clean the staff were very friendly! We would definitely go back!

Very nice campground. Owners were great! Clean bathrooms and common areas. Easy access to everything. Large lot for my motorhome towing a car. Only concern was there were no tee shirts in gift shop so I could advertise for the campground.

We stay at this campground several times a year and will continue to. We accidentally set up in the wrong space this weekend and didn’t realize it until hours later. They didn’t even skip a beat! Didn’t bother us at all and moved the next guy to our spot. Great customer experience.

I think this KOA is better for people with campers or who are going to rent a cabin. In a tent it just feels like I'm camping behind a plaza….their industrial AC units run all night and are pretty loud. But the KOA its self is clean, bathrooms are huge. And all the staff was nice.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places that i have ever camped at in the saint Augstine florida area.
