We stayed in cabin 36. The unit was not clean. We had to clean the floors and bathroom before using. The air conditioners were very dirty and the repair that the completed around the was very unsightly. The walls and ceilings had water marks. I will send some pictures. We noticed that the commons area is also not maintained very well. Both commons and our cabin went down in sanitation.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. A friend and I stayed in one of the small cabins. We were disappointed in what it had to offer for the price. The mini blinds were broken and we had to put a towel over the door for privacy. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more dishes other than coffee mugs and glasses along with some silverware.

Nice to have own cabin. Clean and good space for our family of five. Cabin could use some refreshing and a few updates/changes that would enhance our experience. Nice playground area for kids and pool/hot tub. The KOA itself was clean and free of garbage. Lots of friendly people around.

The cabin we rented really needs update inside. A the bathroom and 'partial' kitchen were very much lacking. The kitchen had no sink, not a single plate or dish and no cutlery. A toaster and kettle would be expected. The bathroom is old and while functional, just not up to standard. On the plus side, the patio and porch were really ni ce and the pool and hot tub were great. Very clean and cozy cottage. Very close to beaches and many amenities. Shower extremely roomy and bed comfortable.

We reserved a "Deluxe Cabin" with a full bath for our adult children for our family vacation, while we stayed in our RV. The cabin was definitely NOT Deluxe and did not match the description or pictures. I sent a complaint to the office via email and requested a partial refund, due to departing early. It has been a week a& still no response, even after I went to office & was told mgr. was aware

Winter Texan here. We stayed six months in our class A RV. So many pluses: beach time, walking, local restaurants, shopping, and a front row seat for all the SpaceX launches. The staff are friendly and helpful: management is looking out for the campers and the campground. Need some help? Just ask. I especially appreciated the evening staff: Jerry Ann and Bruce always make me feel safe after dark. Thanks to everyone!
