My wife and I were traveling West and forgot about the time change. We arrived at 12:30pm and were told we could check in for a $10 charge. There were plenty of sites open after 5pm and when we left the next morning. I have stayed here a couple of times prior and this rv park works well for one night stays. With that said, people arrive late and leave early. So why charge an early check in charge?

Beautiful location. We had water & 50 amp hookup on row b, stayed 2 nights. We did not use the bathhouse, pool or laundry, but we (I) did poke my head in and they looked nice. Great spot to stop & rest after long travel day. Water was good to drink as well! My only thought was it looked like it needed a little 'love' paint but other than that..it was a nice place to stay.

Nice and rural setting. Enjoy watching the BNSF railroad traffic!

Tent camped, no running water at tent sites even though it was plumbed for water. Tent camping area was run down with foot tall weeds everywhere. Trains ran all night long every hour

Site was very level and clean. Being a desert climate there wasn't much shade., Nice pool and well stocked store. A great overview stop. Some train noise.

Stay was great, no complaints.

Caution: Garmin takes you to wrong exit with tight turns to return. Otherwise once you get there lots are on a small hill that may require blocks for jacks to get you level. Good dog area. Nice helpful staff. Showers are off line right now so check if you need them.

Attended an annual event in Seligman. The Campground is well kept. We love staying at Seligman/Route 66 KOA.

Very pleasant, but lack some sort of f TV entertainment whether by cable or TV ant.

We stay there all the time when we travel to our work locations. I am used to the trains as most KOA's are near the train tracks. It is clean and the staff are nice.

Had a good time, clean restrooms and friendly staff.

I don’t know why KOA’s are so expensive when you basically get nothing. We only stayed one night and I wouldn’t want to stay there for a trip. Every single site is overrun with sticker weeds, not that I would expect grass in AZ but some decorative rock and something on the ground other than weeds would be nice. You couldn’t or didn’t even want to sit at your table because it hurt to walk

It was great, staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone at the camp grounds was nice. Great place to stay.

Very friendly staff, however, campground as a whole is in need of heavy maintenance especially bathrooms. Level sites, yet overgrown with weeds, broken tables, etc. campground appears to be more of a RV storage , than a KOA campground. But it is what it is.

Dated facilities, paint peeling in shower. CG abuts a very busy freight train route. The positive is the easy access for an overnight stay.

Staff was very helpful, happy and friendly! They always seem to be busy keeping the grounds clean and looking its best. Facilities were clean and tidy, showers could use some extra attention. We will be referring friends and family to this location.

Nice park off Route 66, close to 40. Easy in and out. Trains roll all night, but no horns just a low rumble, didn't bother our sleep at all and we had the windows open.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the cabins. I found them to be comfortable and clean. My only thought was why would they be put so close to each other when there was room to spread them out.

Not a bad little place. Price was good close to the RR tracks.

Just overnight but lots of positives. Got there a little late but all of our information was there ready for us. Site was clean & level, bathrooms were immaculate, two very ni e and clean off-leash dog areas. Close to train, but that's made clear ahead of time. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome historical site, very clean rest room and laundry area. Is windy in the afternoon but listening to the train go by was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again here.

Ci siamo fermati qui in tenda durante il nostro on the road ad Agosto 2023.

Spent Memorial Day weekend in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It was perfect for a family of 4, and could fit even more. Had good AC and heat, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You have to bring your own linens and pillows, and the bathrooms are about 75 feet from the cabins. It was perfect for a small town weekend getaway I'll be back.
