Had problems with our 30 amp connection. My power watchdog saw correct power but I would lose power and then it would come back on. Happened several times so I switched over to the 20amp GFCI using my adapter. I suspect it’s a loose Hot or Neutral lug in the pedestal. Showers/Restrooms are quite a walk from the sites and I was in site 3.

We stopped here to spend a couple days of down time on our way home to Minnesota. Nice clean park with FHU and level concrete pads. We were in a Motorhome with toad and had plenty of room for both without needing to unhook. Utilities were well placed and in good working order. Lots of grass and very well kept. Staff was very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. Great stay!

Just a quick overnight stay, and we have stayed here before. Sites are very nice with concrete RV pads that are very long. Bathrooms very clean as is the RV park in general. It is off I-35, but far enough that you are not bothered by traffic noise. For dinner, I would recommend Babe’s in downtown Sanger for a home-cooked meal that is served family style.

Very clean. Sites are very large and level. Quiet, well cared for. Clean bathrooms and showers. Very good laundry. Great free library. Excellent staff. Beautiful pool area.

Stayed there two years ago and the park is still one I would stay at regularly! Came in on a Sunday and office was closed….packet taped on door. Site is a concrete pad with all of the hook ups conveniently located. Bathroom / showers are clean and maintained….did notice shower floor paint was peeling up considerably. Great stay!

Very large campground with nice, long concrete spaces. The pool, pond, and playground make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We have grandkids in Denton and this is the perfect spot for us. Don’t miss out on Babe’s Chicken Dinner House while you’re there. It is worth the trip!!!!

It's always just a first overnight stop on the way to somewhere else for us, but it is a great place to overnight. The sites are paved and extremely level. Great bark park and a field next door to actually run the dog. Just enough lighting to feel safe outside any time of the night or if you needed to pull in and set up after dark.

Very well managed and super clean. The camp ground have many concrete pad sites. This is another big plus.

Second time we stayed heading to the gulf. Beautiful Campground in quite spacious. Prices are not too bad even though I think everything should be cheaper, but this is not bad.

A very beautiful & clean campground. Bathrooms, shower combination was great, as was the laundry. We had a RV, so we could have used a wagon to get our laundry back and forth. RV Parts were easy to get at the store in the front of the driveway.

Bare minimum provided. The K9 space was great. The bathrooms were 0.2 miles away and we were near the office. Definitely a one night stop.

Check in was a blessing. The paperwork was ready and the employee was so nice and respectful. Park was clean and well kept. Stayed one night and will stay again when in the area.

Needed to be close to bathroom cause black water tank leaking and not using it. Needed to walk to theirs. Changed my site so was closer.

If your staying in a tent it's noisey,with the frwy very close ,and maintenance building with air compressor always running..it's a nice koa

This is a huge KOA, concrete pads, a little patch of grass. Very clean. The sites are large. You get a picnic table, no fire pit or grill. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean, roomy. It's like you get your own personal bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet I loved it! Lots of hooks, shelves and benches to put your stuff. The laundry room was clean. My only complaint was no money changer, so we had to go back the next day when the office was open to get quarters. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. There's not a lot to do. I didn't see a playground, I did see a basketball hoop. It's kind of like a big flat field with concrete slabs..Which was fine. We were there to see the eclipse. The campground was packed, but very quiet. The office, the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the campsites. We had to drive. I would stay here again.
