We stayed 3 nights at a patio site, a nice level site. All staff members were kind from the time we checked in to the time we left. We were there for the eclipse! We will return one day!

The internet is terrible, very poor reception, the people working the front desk aren’t very friendly, my grandson came over to visit us, had to pay 5 dollars for him to swim,We were parked in a spot , that one nighter should have been parked in ,They got the good ones.We stayed 5 days

Facilities. 3 star. Pump station closed and cable not working during entire stay. Nice to have dog park available. Staff. 1 star. Two male employees, one named Troy, were very aggressive and verbally abusive to me and other members of my family. Be aware tent sites are $40/day and any guest coming to visit must pay $5/person per day.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our speed limit is strictly enforced that is explained at check-in it is 5 mph. Visitors are charged which is also explained at check-in. If rules are not followed a guest will be told to leave the property - this is to insure safety for all concerned.

Lots of encounters with staff. They were overbearing and extremely rude to several members in our party. Several encounters that we left feeling off-put. Would not recommend.

Troy was most helpfull. Troy helped use at our site, he told us a really good place to eat dinner, and when we went to the pool he came over to ask if everyting was okay. Service like that mean a lot!

The KOA in San Angelo is a huge gravel lot with the RVs parked very close together. No character, no privacy. Made me think of stacked firewood.

This is our second stay in 3 weeks, we love it here. The only problem we have is not enough time to stay more days.

Diana and her husband could not have been more accommodating. We have a teardrop camper with no canopy. They don’t allow a canopy to be used so they put us in a cabin that had a/c. We were there for 3 nights for a wedding and that made the 104 weather bearable. Thank you!

Had to move a one nighter pull thru up to get home early. Only a premium space was available so we took it. Very nice lady checked us in-a real 'keeper'. Unfortunately the internet system wasn't strong enough to reach our site so no computer, no streaming movies. I suggest that the dump pipe be lowered so that it isn't necessary to lift the black hose so that waste will pass.

No shade. Not allowed ANY type of drinks in Pool area in cans, cups, or other non glass containers!!! Very strictly enforced!!!

We stay there every summer as we depart Texas for cooler mountain temps in Colorado. Nice management, easy in and out.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
