Was not happy that the gal who checked us in said she couldn’t move us to a different site when we checked in except an M site. Said park was full. We asked for a patio and got a DIRT patio. That night where were many sites open in north side and second night it was nearly empty!!! We should have been allowed to move to a REAL patio site. Bathrooms are great!

Fantastic sites! Big rocks make it rough for a big RV but still enjoyed the site.

It is an OK RV park. We paid for a patio site. The patio was a picnic table that was adjacent to our TOAD, no real patio. The only neighbor had been there for quite a while. There was a dog kennel in place for his two large dogs. No noise issues only odor from dog feces not being cleaned up. Oh and they charge a "resort" fee which it definitely is not.

I was very happy with our stay here. The tent site we used was clean, level and had water and electric. It was in a nice location as well.

Junction box for electrical power was broken and playground was not safe for children. Staff was very friendly. Tree limbs were not trimmed to the appropriate height. Site 6

Everything nice and clean, showers and bathrooms great. Just one question. Why are you not capitalizing on one of your greatest assets at this location? The trails. Why do you not have a map showing all the available walking and bike trails in the area given out at check-in?

Absolutely �� worth the visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our monthly stay. Beautiful park with spectacular views of mountains all around. Just up the road from Royal Gorge and could see some of the bridge from our site. Absolutely a place we will return next year to finish our adventures of Train ride on Royal Gorge and Pikes Peak. This has to be the most beautiful park we have stayed in thus far!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly & helpful and the sites are nice. Our only complaint was that we were told that the store would be open until 6pm on Saturday and were disappointed that it was closed when we returned at 5:30pm.

I loved the place, it was nice and clean...pool was close ���but it can be amazing if there are trees around the cabin and open pool with heated water �

Upon arrival, we noticed cardboard, cigarette buts and trash in the firepit and had just received the welcome text so we replied and was quickly resolved. Sorry that I cannot remember her name (something like Amertilda) but she was wonderfully polite, respectful and apologetic regarding this issue. Thank you for fixing the issue so fast!!! Great stay, love your kampground and will be back!!!

Get rid of all the silly rock borders between the tight sites. They only add to the difficulty of maneuvering in and out of the sites.

Our site was fairly level. The campground is clean and quiet. We like the location -- not too close to the highway. The girl who checked us in Wednesday afternoon (9/20) was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious and a good value.

I reserved a site for my 41ft 5th wheel but was put into a site that I could not fit into. The next site wasn't much better as I had no place to park my truck. The sites and roads are extremely tight. Tore off a front hub cover on the large rocks that outline all of the sites and roads and are also a tripping hazard. Longer than 35ft.? Get one of the premium sites w/patio or go to another park.

Cabin was dirty, 1 dish towel for 3 - day stay, all dish dirty, table dirty, bed is the worst I have every had to sleep on, so I tried the couch, and it was just as bad. Floor hadn't swept for who knows how long there was pieces of Christmas paper on the floor??? The pillows for the bed please put them in the trash...Thank God I did bring my own pillow and blanket. Will not recommend. .

Our adult daughter would have liked to have bought a bottle of wine, but the only person in the store was not of age to sell it. And was not apologetic or friendly to the situation.

Very clean and well maintained RV Park ! Friendly, knowledgeable staff whom were very helpful and courteous ! I commented to a staff member that two of the shower stall doors did not close properly, nor could they be locked - only minor point of criticism. Otherwise, GREAT !!

This was one of the best KOA experiences I've ever had I loved that all of the activities were part of the daily fee. We had so much fun on the slide and partaking in the s'mores smorgasbord! The updates made to the campsites looks really great as well, and made for a cozy outdoor experience.

This is our local KOA and we always enjoy our trips here. The staff and management are great! Every year we see more improvements, just gets better and better. Sites are nice, bathrooms are clean, pizza is great, store has everything you need and more.

The dog area needs some shade & the poop can needs to be emptied daily on busy holiday weekends such as Labor Day weekend. The grounds need to be sprayed for ants but overall, we had a nice stay. Staff was helpful & friendly!

As peaceful as it gets this time of year. Stayed here beginning of April 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Dirt/gravel pad. Pavers, landscaping, and very fine gravel/sand mix fire pit area. Site #B12 General: 1) Very quiet and not many other campers this time of year. 2) 5-7 min for Royal Gorge Bridge Park and overlook picnic areas. 3) Spacious sites and not too close to neighbors and their hookups (many are a touch short but still work well) Campground WiFi: Worked pretty well. Conducted Zoom meetings and able to work on vpn. BUT that is mainly b/c the park was fairly empty. Cell/hotspot using booster: AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Verizon (4 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Details: Check-in: Site assignments posted on board. Office hours limited this time of year. Sites: Dirt/ gravel pad. Fairly spacious sites. Site 19: Was not our site but we noticed that the patio side connects directly to laundry and restrooms, so folks seem to forget their manners and cut through that site's patio spot. Campground Road: Dirt road but too not bumpy. Grounds: Clean. Bathrooms/Showers: Clean and well-maintained. Laundry: Worked well. Location: Gas, groceries and restaurants are in town 10 min Near highway: The KOA is slightly off of a main road so there is a touch noise during the day. Near train: No
