Long pull through, but somewhat narrow. My slide out was over neighbors picnic table. Dirt and grass sites that could be muddy when it rains. My site was mostly dirt.

Nice KOA. Staff was friendly when we checked in. The pull-thru site was large enough. Water/sewer/electric was good. There are signs entering and exiting from the highway warning of scraping the RV on the apron. It’s real so go slow and you should be ok.

Nice, clean, well maintained. Great bathrooms. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed or open. My only recommendation would be to fix that. Yes! I’d stay here again. We were only there one night.

A nice stay despite the heavy rainfall. Pool and hottub were well situated in center of campgrounds for all to access easily. Sorry about my late check out [noon] I thought it was 11 am as I did not realize I had crossed a time zone since leaving Galveston.

Fantastic site, hot tub and pool spotless, considering they were hit hard with the hurricane it was great. Several new sites were made with awesome swings. Store was well stocked and staff was helpful and happy. Water pressure wasn't the best. Cable and wifi awesome. Only 4 washer/dryers but the cost was half what we paid at other koas. I would return great place..

The campground is always clean and the showers are basically full private bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are always clean as well. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. They also have social gatherings with the guests regularly, which is nice. I recommend site E-27 with the most privacy and great sunset views!

Beaucoup de travailleurs réside à ce camping vas et viens constant de camion bruyant et bloc sanitaire nouveau et beau mais incapable de les maintenir en état de propreté du a l affluence de travailleurs? Le hot tub hors fonction tout le long du séjour !! Résumé bon pour arrêt pour une nuit seulement! Refuse d apporter le bois ni le propane a votre site même si il passe et repasse en golf

The owners are great people and the park has so many great updates. Stayed here on our way to our snowbird park further south in Florida. Very nice park and it is amazing how they recovered from hurricane last summer

We love it here at the Perry KOA. Awesome owners and their staff is great as well. They make your stay here very enjoyable. Miss Debbie and Brian bend over backwrds to see that everything is okay. Clean campground as well as the laundry, showers workout room and club house. This is our go to place when staying in Florida for the winter.

We always enjoy staying at the Perry Koa. Very nice people and so accommodating. We stay there every time we come to Florida.

Nice campground. No issues. Good stopping point, 4-hrs north of St Pete when heading north or west. Not a lot to do in the area. Mostly quiet from US 19 traffic noise.

For having been through a hurricane recently they have done a great job getting things back to normal. I hope they continue to improve their sites like they have in the back. Those look fantastic.

Great campground. We were happy to see the live oaks survived the hurricane. Didn’t use the pool or shower room. The dog park is great! Send information to the other KOAs about how to do dog parks! We have been At several where they have a 20 ft square of dirt and call it a dog park. Turn off the huge light at the front! No one needs that bright of a light. Our camper was lit up all night.

The park was okay to navigate with my 30 foot TT and truck. Pool was nice the employees put on a hotdog cookout, with a scavenger hunt which was really neat. Nice spots.

We’ve stopped her for years. On our way south and back north in the spring. The overnight sites they use are tight and a bit difficult to level in but worth the money. The improvements they’ve made are ASTRONOMICAL. They have a nice pool, “luxury sites”, laundry (we haven’t used the restroom facilities but I’m sure they’re fine as well) and they’ve cleaned up the entire area.

The campground and staff were great. Our site was very nice. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The only thing that kept me from giving a “5” was one of the guests staying at the premium sites, with the fenced-in area, had two dogs that barked whenever people walked past there site. There was also another guest who was pressure washing his RV one evening.

Excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in one of their tiny homes. Really enjoyed it. Close to Steinhatchee Marina for fishing.
