This KOA is nice though the river sites are right on top of each other which I understand for revenue sake. The views are wonderful though the boat noise at times can be annoying. The bathroom I used was clean but only 1 of the 3 toilets worked. Fix them! And the laundry was clean and worked well. If you don’t mind the close quarters, river view sites are great.

Great check in. The only thing I would change is adding more coffee to the cabins. The cabin was a perfect little place weloved it. Awesome staff. Great people.

Spaces are so small we could hear the neighbor snoring. Lots of barking dogs and a dog fight in front of our space. Couldn’t find the dumpster on the way out. No directional map. Way overpriced. Won’t be staying here again.

Parker Strip / Colorado River KOA has sacrificed quantity over quality. The sites were so small there was no place to park a tow vehicle. Just to open my door hit my camper and the passenger side door was touching the slideout of the camper next to me. It is a shame as the campground is on a beautiful location, but to be packed in so tightly made it an unpleasant stay

The view from our site was beautiful. Lot was quiet and clean. Parking the trailer was difficult. Little room for maneuvering.

Our riverfront site provided a perfect view of the river. Office staff were very friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to visit again!

Loved how quite the area was. Weather was great. Not many amenities, but if you bring your stuff no need to leave. Very peaceful. However, CA roads were not the greatest to get to site. Once at KOA the community was very well kept, clean, and great views of the River. Bring fishing gear, a boat, and have fun on the river, or just sit an relax on the beach under the covered area.

We only stayed for one night but were disappointed in the spot we were in. The description of the terrace sight said view of the river. We had a view of some very tall reed type things. Not a big deal for a one night stopover but it woukd have been if we would have been there for a longer stay. We were in spots 72 and 73 with our friends.

This location recently became a KOA, so it was definitely lacking amenities. There was only a small jungle gym,volleyball,foosball & ping pong (in the rec room which seemed to be occupied by full time residents not always happy we were in there). Staff was friendly, toilets/showers were clean, beautiful river views.

First, I’m aware this is a relatively new KOA so I’m sure improvements will be made. My site was very good. It was level, it had a BBQ, table, and nice propane fire table. Now for the not so good. The bathrooms are very outdated. Only one toilet was working when I was there, the showers (although clean and large) are in need of upgrading. Tiles were missing etc. Serious upgrade needed.

Everything was good. Site we had was a patio site but they were doin work right next to it so there was dirt pile right next to the patio area. Overall it was good.

Space was a bit tight-but we did have lots of kids next door. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly and very helpful. This is a rather new KOA. We went to Havasu twice and Oatman too. Woke up each morning with water reflecting on our ceiling and ducks floating by our front window!

Stayed in a bungalow. Just right for two people. Could use a new couch otherwise we enjoyed our two month stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return next year. Lots of long term (4-5 month) repeat guests who are very friendly and fun to get to know. Plenty of activities including a game new to us called Bones on the Beach (Bunnock) introduced by some of the Canadian guests. The only things we wish were available are biking paths and a Pickleball Court. Something management might look into??

Super nice office staff! We arrived after hours and they had my documents and check in papers ready at the office outside. Plenty of space to back in and everyone was real nice and inviting!

Had a great time family and pet friendly. Looked like park was still a little in development. Restrooms showers clean, suites a little narrow but all sites had great views of the river.

The employees are super helpful & nice. Awesome customer service. The park is small and has everything anyone would want. Being along the water was the best. Fellow campers know how to enjoy life!

Mixed feelings here. Our spot was nice. But it was in front of a pump house. So we could hear that all hours. Guess it was a pump house. Anyway, park models could use some love.. not real attractive. We saw we were supposed to have cable. Hooked up to it and though it said like over 300 channels (we knew something wasn't right there) we got 2. One was a landing page for cable provider the other was National Geographic channel. The WiFi was very good. Water pressure good. Our Rig is 43+. Ft. Pretty easy in and out. Maybe a tad more expensive.... Folks there were pretty nice but didn't see the staff out interacting much and keeping an eye on things. We were there in the second half of April but wasn't all that busy. However the folks using the water... Boats, very loud. 7am waterskiers, Loud boats... Already at it. Didn't mind that so much but occasionally some boats were VERY loud. We didn't use other facilities so can't rate those.
