Parker Strip / Colorado River KOA Holiday General Information

Registration/Store Hours:

No reservations after 9 PM.

Only 1 vehicle per site. Any extra or over-sized vehicles are required to park in overflow parking.

RVs:

• Must have a self-contained recreational vehicle manufactured for camping.
  
• Must have a working bathroom with installed operable black & gray water tanks.
  
• The RV must be in good shape and in good working order.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any recreational vehicle.
  

No Tents on RV sites:

• No sleeping in cars/vans/rooftops or truck bed tents, etc.
  
• No bus or van conversions or panel vans are allowed.
  
• Vans must be self-contained with operable black and gray water tanks.  
  

Guests / Visitors:

• Only registered guests, no visitors allowed.
  
• All guests must be registered to your site.
  
• We do not offer day use passes.
  
• Only registered guests are allowed to use the amenities.
  

Rules/Times can be changed by Owners/Managers at any time:

• The Campground Rules are on the back of site map that you receive upon arrival. 
  
• Violations of any Rules/Regulations of the Parker Strip / Colorado River KOA may result in a fine or the cancelation of your reservation without a refund.
  

Objectionable Behavior:

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language, or rudeness towards any staff member or guest.
  

Other Information:

• The bathhouse is closed from 8 AM to 10 AM for cleaning.
  
• The maximum speed limit in the park is 5mph and applies to all moving vehicles of any type.
  
• Must be 16 to operate a golf cart within the campgrounds.
  

You must be 18+ to make a reservation. A reservation deposit fee totaling first month or first day is required at the time the reservation is made. Your advance deposit will be refunded if notified of your cancelation 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date for a Deluxe Cabin or 48 hours for a RV / Tent site less a $10.00 processing fee. Should you cancel within the deadlines your deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in for RV sites is 1:00 PM. Check-in for Cabins is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check out may be available through our office at an additional fee.

Smoking is NOT permitted in any of Parker Strip / Colorado River KOA buildings. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages and the consumption by those under the age of 21 will not be tolerated, violators will be asked to leave immediately, and will not receive a refund.

All sites offer 30- and 50-Amp electrical service, sewer and water. A cable TV box can be provided from the office, if available. Internet is provided free by the resort for guests staying at the property but is not guaranteed or advertised as continuous service. The use of water pressure regulator is highly recommended. RV's must be parked in the appropriate area of your site.

The Recreation Room is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The maximum number of people for an RV site is 6 people. Cabins have a maximum of 4. The rental of a RV site is intended for recreational purposes and may not be used for residential or commercial purposes and may not be subleased

The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The use of generators during these hours is prohibited. Be respectful of your neighbors to excessive noise, including but not limited to, voices, music, televisions, boats or vehicles.

I've been in management for 14 years and General Manager for the Parker Strip / Colorado River Koa for just over a year. I enjoy seeing new faces and meeting new people, so feel free to say hi in the store or wherever you may find me in the park.
