The weather wasn’t always “fun” but had a great time anyway. Theres nothing like doing laps in a hotsprings pool and the staff were really nice and welcoming. It’s also a great place to bring pets.

Great site, shaded in the afternoon. Facility is clean but could use more laundry space. Also, if a machine is not working it would help if it an Out of Order sign. I put my coins in before I realized it didn’t work. Overall a nice place

The pool and hot tubs are awesome. The sites are large and the facility is well maintained with great amenities. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodative. The entrance is a little tight and you could put up signs before it.

Can’t beat the service, the office staff was as accommodating as you can be. Campground was terrific, clean, level and staffed well. Pool area, works for us. Of course it’s used a lot, we’re in the desert!

This was our first visit to a KOA camp site, and we had a fantastic stay. The camp site is well maintained and clean. The restrooms and showers are clean and the staff checks and cleans frequently. The lady at the front desk was super. She was very pleasant and helpful. I'll look for other KOA locations for our next trip

The men's bathroom was run down by the pool and hot tubes, but the one towards the middle of the campground was great. Easy check-in, and spot was nice!

2nd. time there. Prechecked the weather for temperatures but missed the wind information. Very windy with blowing sand. Staff very friendly. Will go back again.

Pool Area Is a Dream. Pool Aerobics Exercise Mon - Fri! A Noticed Problem of Trees needing Professional Trimming, was told Edison maintains trees along their power lines there but won't touch any of the other trees? These trees are on all sides of the RV Park there. Is going to take more that just a few hours to do correctly. I will be going back and hope you will too!

Very nice stay, nice little cafe which we lunched at. Be aware that you are actually staying in Desert Hot Springs and not Palm Springs or Joshua Tree both are a drive away. Nice park and would visit again if passing

2 nights to relax. Nice showers. Good laundry room though not all machines worked and they ate my coins. Staff very accommodating when we had a noisy neighbor. No problem at all getting moved to another site. Good location for easy access to all the area has to offer. Nice clean property. We will stay again when back to palm Springs.

Confusing signage at check in (not sure if office was open) and the hot tubs were NOT hot. Actually cooler than the pool on our third evening. Otherwise, a pleasant stay even though we were placed adjacent to long term campers in a van and plenty of other spaces were open on our row.

Always enjoyable. The ladies in the office at check in were postive and friendly, and go tme set up quickly. The site was clean, and the pool was relaxing! This has become a favorite location for me, and I'll be back soon!

On your sight map we stayed on the sand lot...dark blue as u see is a back in. You charges us the the yellow preferred. We were charged incorrectly!!! Obviously! Space 43 is not yellow and was quoted $60 not a preferred! I'd love to be treated w/honesty!! Refund the difference I am owed!! But I doubt I will hear from u. Or k.o.a. so I can't recommend this place as it was obviously done on purpose

The reservation on the phone (I was too late for same day online) was so easy and the person was ultra helpful. The messaging for after hours access and the email after checkin were great and the facilities were very nice as well. A plus that it was a gated community and it was very quiet. Thank you for having an open site for us.

We’ve stayed at multiple KOA’s and this one exceeded our expectations. Staff were very nice and we really enjoyed the mineral pools, mini golf, and basketball courts. We stayed in a huge pull through with a great view of the mountains. I hope to stay again.

The pull-through sites are nice, clean, ver long & wide. The park is reasonably priced. Over 200 guests when we were there, WiFi was non-existent. Women’s bathroom showed that it was not cleaned frequently enough. The shower was clean but the shower slopes into the dressing area so the floors wet. The garbage area was well maintained with bins for recycling. Front desk efficient.

It was a one-night stay on my way home. Plenty of things to do. A little pricer than other KOAs offering the same or more.

The whole campground is very clean and landscaped nicely to give privacy/separation from your neighbors. The views are amazing. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the rented propane fireplace due to the high winds while we were there. The hot springs were great and made the stay even more memorable. We hope to return soon.

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!
