Staff is helpful and friendly. The bathrooms/shower rooms may be clean, but are really worn out, so it is hard to know if they are clean or not. A total makeover would raise the ratings!

Pretty hilltop for a campground next to a farm, peaceful pastoral setting for my airstream. I enjoyed waking up to the sun glistening on the fields of grass and the mature silver maples throughout the camp ground. I used their bathhouse when my shower temp cartridge went out on me and their laundry facility. It was always clean and smelling like pine sol. It is an older camp but well maintained.

Easy to get around. Pull thru sites are mostly level. Staff very friendly. One suggestion, could you place a sitting bench outside the bathrooms to use while waiting.

Facilities were good, clean, site good size and level. Only negative is that you can only exit through dump station, which can result in delays if party ahead of you is dumping.

Great staff. Escort to site. I recommend calling for a site rather than doing it online as they were very helpful. Safari Camp Rd seems to be narrow with little/no shoulder so was a bit unnerving after traveling in freeways all day. Took it slowly & were fine.

Very primitive tent site. Down in a ravine, road to get down there was a mess. Too far away from the bathrooms, back up the hill in the dark. We have been tenting at KOA,s from Myrtle beach through to there, this was by far the worst. Bathrooms were very clean. Check in was friendly. We had to check out early as I broke my ankle.When my husband explained the clerk said that’s too bad but no refu

We stayed at this KOA several times in the last several years. Always very accommodating and everyone is always friendly. Location is close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed.

Stopped for a week and ended up staying a month due to health issues. The Kaly family and friends are great friends and so helpful when husband couldn't do anything due to surgery. Recommend to all if in the Nashville area!!

It was a nice, clean place to stay with well supported facilities. The staff was very welcoming and helped me set up (my first camping trip). The bathhouse was clean and the grounds are well kept. I will stay there again when passing through.

We had a very nice stay! Nice view on the hill!! Staff are friendly! Laundry room was clean. I didn't use their bathrooms. It was a nice long stop over for us!!

This was a very "middle-of-the-road" experience. Sites were not level and the campground was quite packed and crowded.

This facility is old and run down and definitely in need of repair. It is not close to the KOA standards that campers expect. The office space and bathroom facilities are fine, but the camping area and the pads are in need of replacement. It's not a good place to camp and enjoy your experience.

Pretty small spot but us for a couple of days was fine since we had plans outside of the campground. It is convenient located far enough outside of Nashville to make for an easy commute to our tourist destinations there. However, this would truly only be a campground for us to stay to serve as a base camp to visit area attractions. The little interaction we had with camp staff were ve friendly.

The woman in the office was lovely and helpful. This is by far the most crowded KOA I’ve been in and it felt oppressive. I was tent camping and I was the only one in the tent sites thank goodness. I would think it would be overwhelming to have people nearby. Tent sites are right next to the road - creepy that vehicles passed so close and felt unsafe. More like a KOA in Northeast, not South.

I stayed at the Lebanon KOA for about two months. It is one of the nicest places for a travel trailer that I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly. Restrooms and laundry mat were clean and 100 percent functional. I would definitely stay there again!

Everyone (except one worker) was very nice. Had a great time, felt safe. The sites are really big, nice and level. I don't feel like a "patio" site is needed because all the sites have concrete pads. Very dog friendly too!

Convenient to the interstate and both Nashville and Lebanon. Excellent customer service from office! I wish the playground had been open. It was closed the entire stay.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
